Billie Eilish makes major sexuality confession as she shares big regret

Billie Eilish has vowed to zip her lips about her personal life for good.

The 22-year-old superstar, famed for bangers like “Bad Guy” and “Birds of a Feather,” briefly dated Neighbourhood’s Jesse Rutherford and has identified as bisexual. But now, she’s craving the days when her love life wasn’t everyone’s business.

Chatting with Vogue, Billie spilled the beans on her oversharing woes: “I wish no one knew anything about my sexuality or anything about my dating life. Ever, ever, ever. And I hope that they never will again.”

She laid down the law, declaring: “And I’m never talking about my sexuality ever again. And I’m never talking about who I’m dating ever again.”

In a heart-to-heart with Variety before, the “Ocean Eyes” hitmaker got real about the struggles of being in the limelight as a young woman, calling it a constant struggle. “Being a woman is just such a war, forever. Especially being a young woman in the public eye. It’s really unfair. It turns out that I’m young, and I have a whole life of s*** I can do.”

Reflecting on her rapid rise to fame, Billie mused over how it made her mature too fast, feeling pressured to act way beyond her years. She’s since had an epiphany there’s no need to ditch her youth.

She said: “Maybe because my life became so adult very young, I forgot that I was still that young. I settled in a lot of ways: I lived my life as if I were in my 70s. I realized recently that I don’t need to do that.”

In her candid journey towards embracing herself, Billie laid bare her struggles with identity and feeling attractive. She spilled to fans: “I’ve never felt like a woman, to be honest with you. I’ve never felt desirable. I’ve never felt feminine. I have to convince myself that I’m, like, a pretty girl. I identify as ‘she/her’ and things like that, but I’ve never really felt like a girl.”

On the flip side, during an intimate natter with Zane Lowe, the songstress who gave us ‘Ocean Eyes’ owned up to despising music creation at times. She divulged: “It was Finneas who “keeps the ship moving” in their musical escapades.

She unveiled: “I used to be like, ‘[I] hate making music, [I] don’t want to make it, [I] don’t like making it.’ It’s frustrating. It’s irritating. I love having made it. I love performing it. I love when it’s good, but I really have always struggled with the process. “”.

Following a heart-to-heart where Finneas expressed, “I don’t like doing this anymore. I don’t want to write music right now,” Billie underwent a shift in her creative approach. Ultimately, this change of pace led her to “finally enjoying the process” for the very first time.
