Saturday Kitchen viewers took to social media to criticise the outfit choice of guest chef Kate Carter-Larg on the BBC show.
The owner of St Andrews takeaway The Cheesy Toast Shack was seen wearing a strapless top and denim jeans, which some viewers deemed “too revealing for a cooking segment.”
One viewer questioned: “She changed into that top to cook?” while another admitted they were distracted by concerns her top might fall down This follows previous criticism from viewers who labelled singer Lulu as the “most irritating guest ever” after she constantly referenced her age and how her grandchildren kept her trendy.

Melanie Sykes had a lot to say about Matt’s seasoning. The Mirror reports one viewer took to social media, writing: “Jesus wept. Lulu is THE most insufferable annoying person to watch ever. @SaturdayKitchen’; They wrote: ‘I thought Lulu on Saturday Kitchen was very loud and obnoxious and why did she feel the need to keep mentioning her age? “
Another chimed in: “Lulu on Saturday Kitchen and being absolutely f*****g insufferable as usual” A third added: “Saturday Kitchen’s Lulu is 75. Just in case she didn’t mention it. Scotland doesn’t like her, just like Sheena Easton. Fake as hell.”
Another viewer commented: “I know Saturday Kitchen is on every week but they can’t have run out of guests already that they have to have Lulu on? ” “Lulu is responsible for the most cringey Saturday morning I’ve had for quite some time. SHE’S 75 YOU KNOW, AND IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC #SaturdayKitchen,” said another.
But the comments didn’t stop there. Another viewer asked: “Of all the guests in all the world … why just why? #SaturdayKitchen.” And following in from that a user of the social media account added: “Do you know how old I am? Come on, guess how old I am? I bet you can’t guess how old I am’ #saturdaykitchen.”
