EastEnders star Danny Dyer poses as chauffeur after splashing cash on £200,000 Bentley

Cockney hardman Danny Dyer has turned posh chauffeur after paying £200,000 cash for a new Bentley. The EastEnders star was given the full VIP treatment to persuade him to buy the costly Bentayga.

But paying for TV screens for the back seats backfired as his kids just stay glued to their phones as he ferries them to and from their activities.

The star of big new Disney+ bonkbuster Rivals, where he plays a flash Sir Alan Sugar type eastender who makes millions as a technology entrepreneur, now knows he has finally arrived with his new motor.

He said: “I realised I was cakeo bakeo quite recently when I bought a Bentley.

“The thing about Bentleys is that you can’t get them on finance. So they flew in to see me and they knew I had a few quid about me. And they said said why not come down to Bentley in Tunbridge Wells.

“They said we are going to borrow you this car, a Bentley Bodega, for a week. They know what they are doing. I was driving around in this motor for a week and it was f*****g unbelievable.

“It was massaging me and there’s a little hole in the seat and you press a button and it was blowing cold air. I knew I wasn’t going to be able to give it back. So I had to pay for it cash.”

The Bentley Bentayga weighs a whopping 2.5 tonnes yet can do 0 to 60 in 4.5 seconds.

Danny, father of Love Island winner Dani, 28, daughter, Sunnie, 17, and ten-year-old son Arty with wife Joanne Mas. He is also grandad to Dani’s sons.

Santiago, three, and one year-old twins, Summer and Star. The Bentley is now used to chauffeur them around Essex.

He told the Off Menu podcast: “I had to explain it to my missus because obviously no-one needs to spend that much on a car, so I made sure they put some tellies in the back with Netflix and I could say ‘It’s for the kids, it’s for long journeys.’

“Now I have got it the kids are on their phones, they don’t even watch it. It’s b******s. I have brought up very privileged kids. They don’t know they are fucking born my kids.

“Door to door Bentley for my kids now.”
