Lily Allen admits using AI to help win arguments with her husband

Lily Allen has admitted she uses AI to help her win arguments with her husband.

Allen, 39, revealed she resorts to using ChatGPT to give her the upper-hand in quibbles with Stranger Things star David Harbour.

The Smile singer said she used the software to ‘articulate’ her main points and, when that doesn’t work, Allen can give the AI prompts to inject more personal comments into her argument.

Allen has been married to Emmy-nominated actor Harbour since 2020 with the couple being wed by an Elvis impersonator in Las Vegas.

The pop star spoke about her ChatGPT use whilst hosting her Miss Me? podcast and said: “I use (it) more for personal stuff.

“If me and David have had an argument and I need to articulate it, I’ll be like ‘write me a long text message about an argument that started with the dishwasher and ended in an argument about our finances’.

“You give it prompts – ‘that’s great but can you add in a bit about how I think this is all actually to do with his mum’.

“You just copy and paste every single one until you’ve got enough bits that I’m just like ‘I probably should have just written this’.”

Harbour, 49, is best known for his role as Jim Hooper in Stranger Things which has seen him nominated at the Emmy Awards and Golden Globes.
