Married at First Sight’s Polly Sellman is trying to sell her wedding dress, sparking speculation that her marriage with Adam Nightingale didn’t last.
The latest series of the E4 dating show is currently airing and viewers have seen Polly have a tough time, as from the day she met Adam at the altar he has made it clear that she isn’t his usual type as he prefers “unreal” brunettes. They made it to the final dates stage this week and so far it isn’t known whether their marriage lasted after the cameras stopped rolling.
But Polly trying to flog her wedding dress on Vinted has got people wondering.

The dress is listed for £1,130, after Polly apparently dropped the price from £1,800. It is described as being “white, cream” and as being in “very good” condition.
“Absolutely gorgeous wedding dress,” said the post. “Brand new in store in Jan Justin Alexander 2024 line US 14, UK 16 but has been altered to size and can be altered again. Can include veil *collection only*.”
Some fans are now wondering whether the fact the dress is on sale is a sign that Polly doesn’t feel too sentimental about it. “Is this proof that she and Adam are no longer together?” asked one person on social media.
While the outcome of MAFS isn’t yet known, Polly has been posting on Instagram without revealing anything and recently shared that she’d lost two and a half stone since filming. Posting an underwear selfie that showed her sticking one finger up, she told fans she had been “horrified” by the body shaming she has encountered.
The TV star stormed: “I’ve had a lot of positive comments about my weight loss (and many other positives) since the show has aired. But my God am I absolutely horrified off the back of last night’s episode. I had absolutely nothing from the general public saying that I’m insecure with myself for weeks, and lo and behold, here you are making me all insecure of what I looked like.
“Body shaming and making someone feel insecure (no matter how they look now) who is already going through stress is one of the worst things you can do. When you body shame someone ONLINE and PUBLICLY others are listening. A friend with an eating disorder, someone struggling to lose baby weight, younger family members who have unrealistic body issues.”
Polly said she had lost weight “for my own reasons” but said even after shedding the pounds, the body shaming has had an impact on how she feels about herself.
“Bashing someone for their body is NOT OK,” she said. “It is absolutely one of the most disgusting things you can do to another person. And doing it online is even worse. You should all be so ashamed of yourselves.”
