I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is facing a deluge disaster as torrential rains have hit the camp.
The weather has caused local businesses and sanctuaries to shut down due to rising water levels. The treacherous conditions have left show bosses scrambling for a fix, with the threat of evacuation looming over the celebs’ heads.
Back in 2021, when the series was relocated to Wales due to the pandemic, the cast had to be whisked away from Gwrych Castle after Storm Arwen wreaked havoc. Despite the current downpour, a source has dished to the Mirror that today’s trials haven’t been impacted, saying: “The celebrities are a positive upbeat group so they’re not letting the rain get them down, they’re enjoying their jungle experience, even if it is a little wet!”

The I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! camp is located in Springbrook National Park, Murwillumbah. According to reports, meteorologists have issued warnings of “significant risk” of flooding from the nearby Moonie River, along with “moderate risk” of flooding from the Dawson River and Warrego River.
However, despite the forecast it has been reported that the location can expect sunshine from Monday onwards, which will no doubt be a relief after a very wet weekend.
Elsewhere in I’m A Celebrity news, host Ant McPartlin recently slammed campmate Dean McCullough over his attitude. The Radio 1 DJ quit the Sinister Sarcophogas trial and Ant let rip into the TV star.
He said: “Honest opinion, I was gutted when he said it because you always want to see the trial play out because they’re good. Those poor people who work on trials… they work all year round coming up with these ideas.”
It appears the presenter’s patience is running thin for the Radio 1 star as he also had a go after Dean took part in the Drown In The Dumps trial.
The furious presenter fumed: “I got quite annoyed at one point because it’s a bit like, ‘If you can’t do it, you can’t do it but just try it, try it.’ If it’s physically impossible then fine, but at least try.”
“There was a lot of not trying for quite a few minutes and then they ran out of time.”
