Lily Allen urged to quit flogging feet pics by famous pal for one simple reason

One of Lily Allen’s musician friends has asked her to stop selling feet snaps.

During an exclusive interview with Daily Star, rapper Professor Green discussed his pal Lily Allen’s recent new career venture. Back in July, it was reported that the Smile singer had decided to flog pictures of her feet online as a source of income.

Green, real name Stephen Paul Manderson, told Daily Star: “I want Lily [Allen] to stop selling pictures of her feet and start making music again so we can make a new record!”

The duo famously collaborated on Just Be Good To Green back in 2010, which is a reworked cover of Dub Be Good To Me by Beat International and Lindy Layton. Back in 2009, Green revealed that their collab started after a conversation on social media: “We got chatting on Facebook and I mentioned the track, which turned out to be one of her favourite songs.”

“She suggested her singing the chorus. I didn’t take much persuading! Lily’s wicked. She’s straightforward and honest, you always know where you’re at with her.”

During our interview, Stephen noted that Lily “apparently makes more money [online] than what she makes from music,” but couldn’t resist telling Daily Star: “I think we’d have fun making another song.”

As for his other collaborating partners, Green admitted that he couldn’t pick a favourite but gave a special shoutout to one of his friends: “Different people for different things. People you encounter become a part of your life as you become a part of theirs, always bringing about something different.”

“Working with Fink was amazing because I was such a fan of his music, and to find out that he’d already tried to reach out to me but the dots were never quite joined.”

The rapper is known for his chart-topping singles, but also as former co-host of Lip Sync Battle UK and for his best-selling autobiography.

Stephen often speaks out about mental health and is a supporter for the suicide prevention charity CALM.
