Married at First Sight UK star Polly Sellman has been on a journey of self-improvement since leaving the E4 experiment, and she’s glowing and looking more confident than ever
Polly Sellman, from this year’s Married At First Sight UK, has wowed fans once again with her weight loss journey.
The E4 star has been on a fitness kick since the show ended, previously posing in lingerie in front of a mirror to show just how far she’d come. She also decided to ditch some baggage by flogging her wedding dress.
Now, the red-head has once again got her followers talking after showing off her slimmed-down figure in a slinky two-piece outfit. Covered in a muted leopard print, the outfit hugged Polly’s body in all the right places.

She smiled as she posed for pictures at a party thrown by Channel 4 to celebrate Married At First Sight. Polly’s top was an off-the-shoulder design, with long fitted sleeves and a cropped hem.
The skirt was full-length and finished at her ankles. Posing in a mirror, Polly hit the best poses to show off her stunning hourglass curves.
She accessorised with brown pointed high heel shoes and a bag. The fiery star told fans that her entire outfit was from PrettyLittleThing “as per”.
Her followers were quick to shower her with compliments. Love Island icon Chloe Burrows told her: “Fit.”
Fellow Married at First Sight UK star Erica Roberts wrote: “Stunning.” And Marilyse Corrigan, who also previously starred on the show, left a flame and heart-eye emoji.
Someone else said: “You look amazing! Not that you needed to change yourself anyway. Tell me your secret.”
Meanwhile, others told Polly they could see how much more confident she appeared after the show.
In some photos, Polly could be seen sitting on a giant wedding cake. She held a glass of fizz and smiled widely – making a change from the arguments and tears fans saw on the show.
During the series, which aired for nine weeks earlier this year, Polly was married to barber Adam Nightingale. While they seemed into each other at first, Adam soon made it clear he wasn’t feeling the spark.
However the two of them stuck around and lasted until the end, with varying success each week. It wasn’t meant to be, though, and they split up at the final decision.
