ITVX has added most of the Twilight series to its platform so fans can stream for free
ITVX has added the 2008 vampire flick Twilight, along with three of its sequels, to their platform, allowing fans to enjoy these 00s and 10s classics for free. The Twilight Saga films Eclipse, Breaking Dawn Part 1, and Breaking Dawn Part 2 are now available to stream.
Sadly, New Moon, one of the film’s sequels, hasn’t made it to the collection. However, Amazon Prime Video subscribers can currently catch it there.
Twilight is based on Stephenie Meyer’s vampire romance novels targeted at young adult readers. Both the books and the films were a massive hit in the 00s and throughout the 10s, sparking the Vampire Renaissance in pop culture with countless TV shows and films featuring vampire themes.
The films were particularly popular among teenagers, who identified themselves as Team Edward or Team Jacob, depending on whom they believed Bella (Kristen Stewart), the central character, should end up with.

The first film begins with ordinary teenage girl Bella moving to a small town in the Pacific Northwest, where she falls for a moody classmate, Edward (Robert Pattinson), who happens to be a 108 year old vampire.
The series then tracks Bella as she falls for Jacob (Taylor Lautner), a werewolf, gets entangled in a supernatural love triangle, and contemplates becoming a vampire herself.
Twilight, despite its mixed reviews during its release, continues to captivate audiences today, particularly those who grew up with the franchise. Fans frequently take to social media to express their enduring love for the films. “I Love all the Twilight movies to this day” one fan confessed, while another admitted to “watching twilight movies again”.
One die-hard fan revealed they’ve watched the films over 100 times in the past 15 years, with many others sharing that they revisit the series annually, particularly during the chilly, dreary months that mirror the films’ atmosphere.
For those still under the spell of the franchise, Primark has launched a new Twilight-themed range, featuring cosy pyjamas – ideal for a movie marathon or a reading session with the books.
