EXCLUSIVE: Vibe Chemistry has shared his future plans as he talks new music, upcoming shows and dream TV appearances, as he gears up for his Ministry Of Sound show
A famous DJ has revealed his plans to join ITV’s Love Island as the second series of All Stars is in full swing. The surprise news comes after the villa is set to be rocked from two shock dumping’s i n tonight’s episode which also sees some famous faces return. The Dancing Is Healing star has been tearing up the drum and bass charts over the past few years with tracks such as Baddest, Balling and Loca.
The talented star has now spoken exclusively to the Daily Star as he gets ready for his March 7 performance at Ministry of Sound. When asked if there any UK TV shows this year, he answered: “Love Island, because I’m 6’5 and ripped.”
However, we can guess his answer could be a little tongue in cheek as we believe he is a tad shorter than suggested after meeting him backstage at one of his gigs before. Probing him on his wildest fan encounters since shooting to fame, he also shared a rather saucy story.
The star revealed that he was once forced to down a rather bold offer. The musician laughed: “Someone asked me to have a sleepover with their Mrs… to clarify, I turned it down!”
The DJ also revealed he has some new music coming up after being “busy locked away working on new tunes.” Before adding: “This year I am focusing on collaborations and working with a variety of artists; even those who may not solely be drum and bass artists. “I have a single coming with Campbell in February which I am really excited for, along with a few other collaborations that I’m keeping under wraps! Excited for what’s to come in 2025!”
We also quizzed him on his upcoming gig at Ministry of Sound on 7th March where he will perform for party-goers in the big smoke. He shared: “I’m absolutely buzzing for this one, I can wait! I was at Ministry of Sound in 2015 to see Serum play his iconic set, so to be returning there and headlining it myself feels like a full-circle moment. It is going to be a very special one and I’m excited to see everyone down there!”
UK clubbing institution Ministry Of Sound is back with a bang this year and has entered 2025 with another fresh blend of events spanning the musical spectrum, including the launch of their edgy new tech-house night URGE.
Ministry of Sound will expect to see performances from huge DJs including Nicky Romero, Todd Terry, Nathan Dawes, We Rave You, William Djoko, KIMMIC, Symmetrik, Spinnin’, Goodboys, Lovejuice, Vibe Chemistry, Chapter & Verse, Andrew Rayel, Kryder and more across the first quarter, covering everything from techno to drum and bass and everything in between.
