Neil Young will be bringing his Heart of Gold to BST Hyde Park 2025.

The folk-rock legend is headlining London’s Hyde Park on July 11, backed by his band The Chrome Hearts. He’s part of a star-studded line-up for BST Hyde Park that includes Stevie Wonder, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, Zach Bryan, Noah Kahan, and ELO.

Espresso hitmaker Sabrina Carpenter is now performing two headline shows – on July 5 and 6 – for the annual summer concert series. Country music titan Zach Bryan is also headlining two dates – on June 28 and 29.

Neil Young will grace the festival as part of his Love on Earth tour, which is taking him around Europe and North America. He’ll be fresh from his Glastonbury headline slot (on the Pyramid Stage) on June 28th.

Neil – known for huge hits like Old Man, Heart of Gold, Harvest Moon, and Rockin’ in the Free World – is joined on the bill by two other music legends. Van Morrison and Yusuf/Cat Stevens are also scheduled to play on July 11; the rest of the line-up is yet to be confirmed.

BST Hyde Park said of Neil’s upcoming show: “We’re delighted to announce a bill topped by a true musical legend. With his band, the chrome hearts – Spooner Oldham (Farfisa organ), Micah Nelson (guitar and vocal), Corey McCormick (bass and vocal), Anthony LoGerfo (drums) – Neil Young (guitar and vocal) is bringing new and old tunes to the stage, including the recent single ‘big change’.

Speaking about his new album, Neil wrote on his website: “It is a happy feeling I have today, knowing I have made an album I think people will enjoy. I hope it’s out in April. That would be pretty fast.

“Playing with the Chrome Hearts was a joy as we recorded song after song at Shangrila in Malibu. I wrote these songs in November and December.

“They feel fresh to me and I am very happy to have this all ready for you. It won’t be long now and it will be great to have new songs to play on the road this summer in Europe, the USA and Canada. We are looking forward to that!”
