Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham couldn’t keep her hands off of husband David as they danced in a restaurant on the eve of the football legend’s 50th birthday
Victoria and David Beckham looked more love up than ever on the eve of his 50th birthday.
The former Spice Girl tied the knot with football legend David back in 1999 after a whirlwind romance that lasted just two years. Last year, the ultimate power couple celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary, but it seems the spark is still stronger than ever.
Victoria, 51, and David were seen sharing a romantic moment in a restaurant as they sang and danced to Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton’s hit, Islands in the Stream. Posh Spice couldn’t keep her hands off of David as they danced to the song, a favourite of theirs.
The pair boogied around the room and held hands as they prepared to ring in David’s 50th. The pair also danced to the hit in their 2023 Netflix documentary, Beckham.
Victoria was planting kisses on David and later shared the video to her Instagram, gushing over him in the caption. She wrote: “Happy birthday eve @davidbeckham… my everything [heart emoji]. My best friend, soul mate and dance partner for life [dancer emojis].
“Like the song says [musical note emoji] We start and end as one, In love forever, We can ride it together, ah ha [musical note emoji] I love you xxxxxxxxxx.”
Fans flooded the post with sweet messages congratulating the couple, with one writing: “This is the love we all want.” Another quipped: “I’ll have what she’s having!”, and a fourth posted: “Dream couple!”
The VB fashion titan also paid tribute to the former England and Man United ace with various pictures and videos of the sports star, with one clip showing him shirtless while another saw the couple sharing a toboggan ride together as Victoria screamed: “Stop!”
The singer wrote: “When I look at this video, I think: ‘Wow… how lucky am I!!’ You’re everything I could have dreamed of and more. Happy 50th!!!”
Posh signed off with: “I love you and our beautiful family endlessly. You complete me xxx”
David himself also took to Instagram to thank his fans, friends and family for their well-wishes. He gave a special nod to his beloved family, including Victoria and their four children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
The doting dad said he is “reflecting on the things he is grateful for in life,” including the teams he has played for throughout his career, his managers, fans and being England captain.
“The children I have met over different charities I work with, my team in my business & the friends I have around me, I feel truly blessed.”
“But my biggest accomplishment is and will always be my family, my mum and dad who sacrificed so much for me to live my dream of becoming a footballer, my sisters who had to put up with following [their] brother around in the freezing cold watching me play football and my amazing nan and grandad…”
