Sabrina Carpenter brought her trademark sex appeal to the 2025 Met Gala, adding a sizzling twist to the tailoring theme as she risked running into her ex boyfriend Barry Keoghan
Singer Sabrina Carpenter ditched her trousers for the Met Gala after a conversation with Pharrell Williams.
The 25-year-old wore Pharrell and Louis Vuitton to the 2025 event. Her rich brown bodysuit brought some sex appeal to the theme of Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.
There’s no doubt that ex-boyfriend Barry Keoghan, who was also in attendance, would be kicking himself after their split if he ran into her.
The Espresso songstress had her hourglass proportions on full display, with her legs acting as the star attraction. In true Sabrina style, she wore a simple fitted bodysuit with a chic blazer of the top.
With a popped white collar, the look continued Sabrina’s trademark look of keeping it simple with her color-block looks. It also featured two elongated tails which followed her along the blue carpet.
She wore matching platform heels and simple jewellery.
As for her hair, she wore her platinum locks down with some down her back and some falling over her shoulder.
Sabrina went full glam for her makeup, with a vampy hue on her lip, thick black lashes and feathered brows.
Speaking to Vogue, Sabrina revealed all about her eye-catching outfit.
“This is Pharell and this is Louis Vuitton,” she said. “I’m such a massive fan of Pharrell and I’ve been to the show.”
She went on: “He’s like, you’re quite short, so no pants for you, so here we are.”
Sabrine soon brought some cheekiness to the conversation, confessing: “This is my third Met, but I’ve never been to the bathroom once because I’ve never been able to use it in my outfit.
“I’m sure it’s just a normal museum bathroom, but I’m excited to find out.”
Sabrina may have been able to use her bathroom excuse to make a quick exit if she ran into ex Barry Keoghan.
The Irish actor was also in attendance at the event, wearing a black suit with floral embellishments.
The former couple called time on their relationship in December last year after a year together.
It was first reported that they chose to instead focus on their blossoming careers, with Sabrina heading out on a world tour, which includes two appearances at BST Hyde Park in London in July, and Barry’s acting roles lining up.
