Rihanna’s devoted followers are buzzing with news of her third pregnancy after spotting her en route to the 2025 Met Gala in New York City.
The Barbadian beauty and her hip-hop beau A$AP Rocky are expanding their clan, with the rapper, who is co-chairing the event, confirming the news. She was spotted with what appeared to be a baby bump ahead of the big event.
Draped in a chic long-sleeved grey blue top paired with a matching knee-length skirt, Rihanna strutted her stuff.
She topped off the getup with grey heels and socks – a perfect match for the drizzly Manhattan day.
The Umbrella songstress was spotted with a black hat and clutching a brown fur stole.
Although it seemed like she was using the luxe wrap to cover her midsection from prying lenses, eagle-eyed fans started to whisper about a possible pregnancy.
She was one of the last arrivals at the Met, walking the blue carpet in a tailor corset look with pinstripe skirt and a deep red tie.
On the night, A$AP Rocky confirmed the exciting news. He told CBS Mornings with a laugh: “Rihanna’s outfit tonight is… I don’t know, whatever, just don’t really cover her baby hump, ya dig?”
Already mum to sons RZA and Riot with A$AP Rocky, Rihanna’s fans took to X to share their excitement that the global superstar was pregnant again, with one posting, “RIHANNA IS PREGNANT #METGALA,” reports the Mirror US.
Another voiced their cheer with: “BABY ALERT congratulations @rihanna,” while an excited fan shouted, “#Rihanna is having a Baby!! #MetGala2025 #MetGala.”
An additional comment read: “RIHANNA IS PREGNANT AGAIN.”
Previous reports suggested the couple were keen to have a big family.
“Ri-Ri and Rocky don’t really have a limit on how many kids they want to have. They both just say they want however many God will bless them with,” a source spilled to Heat World.
“They’re not shy about telling people they’re always trying – they’re very open about it. They’ve always been very affectionate with each other and they seem more in love than, so everyone’s assuming it’s only a matter of time before she’s pregnant.
“Ri loves being a boy mum, but it’s no secret she really wants a little girl, so people have been recommending all sorts of old wives’ remedies to her to increase her chances,” the source dished to the publication.
