Chloe Burrows could be seen with a painful looking eye in photos she shared on Instagram, but made sure to reassure her followers that everything was all ok
A Love Island favourite has left fans concerned after sharing a photo of her eye almost swollen shut.
Chloe Burrows, who was a finalist in 2021, shared a candid photo on her Instagram story, with one eye looking very painful. While one side of her face looked fresh, with her blue eye fully open, the other was drooping and almost closed.
It’s the latest in a dramatic year for Chloe, as she revealed previously that a lifeguard had had to save her during her “traumatic” trip to Australia.
She asked over the top of it: “How’s your morning going?” She gave her followers the option to answer either “high vibes” or “girl what”.
However it appears she received an influx of concerned messages from her 1.8million fans, as she addressed them in her next post.
She could be seen in front of a mirror with a compress over one side of her face, while posing with her thumb up.
The blonde bombshell wrote over the top of it: “Guys the last story was meant to be funny please don’t be concerned. Regular programming by force.”
The 29-year-old later showed herself arriving in Ibiza for a photo shoot and she addressed her eye again.
She said: “Hey guys, I know you’re worried, but don’t worry, made it to Ibiza and look at my f****** eye.”
A pal in the car laughed: “She’s got the pink eye.” Chloe moaned: “I’ve got f****** pink eye before a shoot. Anyways, see you tomorrow!”
Pink eye, or conjunctivitis, is an inflammation of the eye. It often causes parts of the eye to appear red or pink, which is where it gets its common name from.
Luckily for Chloe, it usually sorts itself out and using things like a cold compress, which she did, can help.
Fans were also sharing tips in the comments section, with one suggesting: “Use Johnson’s baby shampoo and let it run over the eye. Mum of four who suffer with recurring pink eye and it’s a miracle cure!”
Another said: “Chloe get yourself an eye patch and be a sexy lil pirate.”
