JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes formed a close friendship on Celebrity Big Brother and he has been out in America with his new pal to celebrate her 22nd birthday
Reality star JoJo Siwa has left fans in meltdown after changing some romantic lyrics to include Chris Hughes.
The duo met on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year and formed a close friendship. At the time, JoJo, 22, was in a relationship with non-binary Kath Ebbs but during her time in the house shared that she felt she was “queer” rather than a “lesbian”.
JoJo ended things with Kath during the wrap party, and fans speculated over her friendship with Chris and whether it was more than that. She would later say Chris was what was “missing from her life”.
Recently, JoJo celebrated her 22nd birthday and former Love Island star Chris flew out to America to be with her. He also went to Mexico with her to watch her perform.
It was during one of these performances in which she changed the lyrics in Bette Davis Eyes to “Chris Hughes’s eyes”, giving a suggestive look as she did so.
The moment was captured on video and shared on TikTok – and fans are all saying the same thing.
One said: “Chris Hughes’s eyes. My heart is melting.” Another said: “The way she looks at him at the end as well. He was sitting right there in that front row.”
Someone else said: “Stop it my heart. From Chris’s Instagram post to his. They are perfect together.”
Another wrote: “Oh stop it it makes my heart hurt. Just so beautiful.”
Someone else commented: “OMG this has melted my heart.” As another wrote: “Totally and utterly head over heels in love.”
The duo maintain that all they are is friends, however it hasn’t stopped them sharing cute photos from their time together.
Chris shared a round-up of photos from his time with JoJo, captioned: “The previous seven days have been the prettiest.” JoJo replied: “And happiest. Heart is overflowing.”
Fans and famous friends were quick to comment, with Vicky Pattison saying: “You look so happy,” while Megan McKenna said: “Erm. Obsessed with you both.”
Someone else begged: “This has to be a hard launch.” As another wrote: “If you guys come out and say you’re still just friends after this, my heart is gonna break.”
