P Diddy’s trial is ongoing and a picture of a very famous female star wearing a bikini has been submitted to the court and presented as evidence
A picture of a female celebrity has been given as evidence in P Diddy’s trial.According to Daily Mail, a file submitted as part of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ defence in his ongoing trial shows a black and white photograph of Rihanna wearing a bikini on a bed.There is no suggestion that the woman was involved in the alleged Freak Off sessions. Apart from being pictured in one photo, she has not been mentioned in the trial either.The photo was submitted to the court, according to the publication, and is believed to have been taken in 2012.
The celeb appears next to an unidentified woman believed to be Capricorn Clark, P Diddy’s former assistant who recently testified that she was “fired” during a vacation with Rihanna.
The photograph was reportedly sent to Diddy by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura as part of a lengthy text conversation.The chat reportedly also included a number of other images, including some that showed Cassie and P Diddy kissing.
Diddy’s legal team claim the images show that Cassie enjoyed the perks of her romance with the rap star, not somebody who was forced into sordid acts. The rapper has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty in the sex trafficking trial.
Lawyers argued that Cassie wanted to be involved in the alleged Freak Off sessions, while the singer testified that she felt as though she had to involve herself to keep her relationship and career.Further messages in the text conversation shown in court reportedly show Cassie saying: “I just want it to be uncontrollable,” while referencing an upcoming sexual act. Another showed her saying: “I don’t want to freak off for the last time. I want it to be the first time for the rest of our lives.”Prosecutors argue that the messages show emotional manipulation of Cassie from P Diddy.
Cassie has since given birth to her third child with husband Alex Fine. The couple proudly announced that they were expecting a boy back in February.The singer’s child was early and she reportedly gave birth at a New York City hospital on Tuesday 27 May. TMZ has confirmed that both Cassie and her child are doing well.Cassie previously dated P Diddy for over 11 years, from 2005 to 2018. In August 2006, Cassie released her self-titled album under Diddy’s record label Bad Boy Records.It was later reported that the pair had started dating after she became the face of his fashion brand Sean John.After they split Cassie’s representative told LoveBScott: “They are indeed no longer together and haven’t been for months.”
