Reality dating show Dating Naked UK has switched up its location to an ‘amazing’, ‘luxurious’ and ‘stunning’ new destination, as host Rylan clark says ‘We want to keep them on their toes’
Reality show Dating Naked UK has relocated to Panama. Bosses decided to move the show to the country in Central America for the second series. They’re convinced it’s the perfect place to film it.
A show insider said: “It’s all change for the new series. The team found an amazing villa in Panama that looks great on camera. It’s even more luxurious than the old place. They reckon it will make the new series even steamier because it’s such a lovely location. Panama is just stunning.”
The stunning new location was agreed as part of a major revamp for the show.
Producers have made a string of other changes to the show to make the new run TV gold.
Host Rylan Clark is promising it will be even better than last year’s series.
He told me: “It’s really exciting. What we’ve got lined up is going to be brilliant. There will be lots of twists and turns. If the daters watched the first season and think they know how the show works, they’re wrong.
“We want to keep them on their toes. We don’t want them to know what’s coming next.”
The series will air later this year on Paramount+, and was due to kick off filming in March this year. The show divided opinion when it first launched as featured contestants who were fully naked.
But it pulled in bumper viewing figures to become the biggest show on Paramount+. Rylan said: “I never expected it to be such a big hit. We are very happy. I’m honoured to be a part of it.
“Obviously everyone talked about the contestants being naked, but ultimately the show is about people finding each other.”
The rather exposing format sees 10 singletons looking for love in nothing but their birthday suits. The last series was filmed in Colombia, each episode features dates and an elimination round dubbed ‘The Dumping Ground’. Rylan Clark is the host, too.
Folk who can’t wait for Dating Naked UK to hit the screens, can tune into Netflix on June 13 to catch the first episode of the the first ever Spanish version of Too Hot To Handle.
Just like Rylan’s show, contestants in Too Hot To Handle move into a luxury villa for some fun in the sun. But as always, any hanky panky is against the rules and will cost them money from the prize pot.
