Romeo Beckham’s ex-girlfriend Kim Turnbull has spoken out for the first time.
The star has addressed reports of her involvement with Romeo’s brother Brooklyn amid escalating Beckham family drama.
It was rumoured that the DJ was romantically linked with Brooklyn before he linked up with the billionaire heiress Nicola, however Kim has set the record straight and denied any involvement with the eldest Beckham brother.
Kim lashed back after receiving constant media attention involving her and Brooklyn, stating that she was “embarrassed by the lies.”
Expressing frustration, Kim wrote: “I’ve avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it’s come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on.”
“I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative. I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question,” reports the Mirror.
Emphasising the platonic nature of their past interactions, she remarked: “Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16.”
Kim made sure to conclude by expressing her firm desire to disengage from the matter: “I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation and set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.”
The rumours around Kim being in the throes of the Beckham family dispute amplified after claims surfaced suggesting Brooklyn harboured doubts about her intentions with his brother Romeo.
A reported feud between Brooklyn Beckham, his wife Nicola Peltz and his parents David and Victoria Beckham has come to light after the couple recently missed David’s 50th birthday celebrations in London.
Reports claim that Brooklyn and Nicola have missed over ten family get-togethers and the Beckhams’ eldest son did not publicly acknowledge his father on Father’s Day [15 June].
He also did not publicly recognise his football legend father’s long-awaited knighthood.
