A recent study found that many adults feel they’re too predictable in their choices, from what they eat and wear to where they go on holiday. The survey, which polled 8,000 adults across Europe, revealed that one-third feel pressure to follow trends.

What’s more, many claimed that their friends and the people they follow on social media also feel compelled to keep up with the latest trends, whether it’s travel, fashion, or lifestyle choices. The influence of social media platforms like X, Instagram, and TikTok is significant, with 54% admitting that their personal choices are swayed by what’s trending online.
