Sofia Vergara stuns in a sizzling swimsuit while soaking up Ibiza sun as she rocks her own line for real women over 40 and proving confidence only gets hotter with age
Sofia Vergara is back at it again as she turns heads in a skimpy swimsuit as she soaked up the sun in Ibiza.
The star, 52, sported her Walmart line, designed for “real women over 40”. As she told E! News: “Swimsuits are always difficult for women, no matter what age, what size, what race…once you get older…things start changing, so it’s good…that hold you and shape you, and enhances what you have.”
But confidence is key – and something Sofia woos fans with again and again. As she said in Glamour: “I’ve always been happy with what I have…we’re never happy, but I always think that I have to be grateful for what I have.
“Beauty is really all about confidence. If you feel beautiful, then you are beautiful.”
In a different interview, Sofia revealed that she has been brought up wanting to be curvy like all of her other beautiful family members.
She shared: “Well, in Colombia everybody’s very voluptuous, and you’re supposed to be. You don’t want to be skinny when all of your cousins are mermaids. You grow up thinking that’s how beauty is.
“Latin women are very comfortable with their bodies and their sexuality. We aren’t afraid to show that off a little bit more.”
This comes after the actress posed up a storm International Bikini Day on a yacht in the Spanish Isle. She struck a sizzling pose, decked out in oversized shades, her hair cascading, waving to fans like she owned the Med. She even called it a “Happy internacional bikini day from Ibiza” on her Instagram story.
In other news, back on the America’s Got Talent set, the drama was spilling off screen. Fellow judge Howie Mandel reportedly dropped a racy joke suggesting Sofia should join the auditioners topless which sparked gasps behind the scenes.
Though the comment got the cut, and audience reaction ranged from gasp to gross, Sofia remained unfazed, flashing her signature grin and carrying on as the ultimate star
