Britney Spears has taken to social media to reveal that she “hates” her new car because she can’t get used to the pedals and almost crashed it into her house
Britney Spears has expressed her disdain for her new motor. The 43-year-old pop sensation recently splashed out on a fresh set of wheels, but took to Instagram on Wednesday evening to share her woes about struggling to handle it due to unfamiliar pedals.
She posted on Instagram: “Got a new car but I hate it. The roof doesn’t come off, WTF ! ! ! The pedals are not like my old car at all. I almost ran into my house, oh well ! ! !”.
However, the …Baby One More Time singer has found comfort in her swimming pool and teased her followers with a glimpse of the “unbelievable” transformation she’s made to her back garden.
She continued: “I live in the baby pool now, it is my fountain of youth because the water is cold ! ! ! In my pool I got far too sick because it was 100 degrees… no thank you ! ! ! I need 7 water parks outside my house ! ! ! I will show you guys my new garden soon… It’s unbelievable if I must say so myself.”
Britney, who regained control over her multi-million pound fortune and various aspects of her life when her family-run conservatorship was dissolved in November 2021, also purchased a new vehicle towards the end of last year, though confessed she had “no idea” what model it was.
She admitted: “l’m driving in my new car. I have no idea what kind of car this is. I think it’s a cheap” Corolla or something. But it feels like, almost like a, it just kind of drives by itself.”
Corrola is a model by Toyota, yet the camera sweep revealed a Nissan logo on the steering wheel.
Despite this apparent mix-up, the ‘…Baby One More Time’ sensation was buzzing to take her new car for a spin.
She enthused: “But I’m excited because I’m going to go ride horses. I’m excited, here we go. Yes, oh God. It just kind of drives by itself. But l’m excited because l’m going to go ride horses. I’m excited, here we go. Yes, oh God.”
Throughout her illustrious career, Britney has been spotted behind the wheel of luxury motors from marques such as Porsche and Maserati.
