Martine McCutcheon has reportedly filed for bankruptcy.
The former EastEnders star split from husband Jack McManus in August of last year. The pair had tied the knot at Lake Como in Italy in 2012 and had been together for 12 years before Jack decided it was best for them to separate.
But 11 months after her marriage broke down, it’s revealed Martine has declared bankruptcy. The Love Actually star has filed a petition for insolvency over a debt to a finance company, public records show.
Her bankruptcy was issued just two months after she and musician McManus, 24, sold their five-bedroom family home in Surrey for over £1.3m. According to the Mail, it was submitted in March at the County Court in Guildford, Surrey after a petition filed by a company called LDF Finance.

It is not known how much money she owed the company. The bankruptcy order was made in her married name – Martine McManus, but she was formally singly by then.
It’s also reported she’s been dealt another huge financial blow as her music business, Raven Music Ltd. was also wound last month, as per a request made by HMRC. It’s said this is due to unpaid tax bills.

Martine announced her split from Jack in August of last year after 18 years together. She wrote on Instagram: “After much thought and consideration, Jack has decided it’s best for us to separate after 18 years together and I accept his decision.
“We are both so very blessed and grateful for our beautiful, 9 year old son Rafferty, whose happiness and welfare, has always been, and will continue to be, our number one priority.
“We both of course, still cherish and look forward to being parents together to our wonderful boy for the rest of our lives… Whilst this decision has evolved over a period of time, we are still finding our new way forward as a family and kindly ask for some privacy at this time…
