Drake has postponed his imminent performance at the Co Op Live arena, leaving fans in Manchester hanging a bit longer for his third show.

The “One Dance” hitmaker’s $OME $PECIAL $HOWS 4 U tour has hit a snag, with Ticketmaster announcing this morning that the Canadian star won’t make it for his Monday (July 28) gig due to “unforeseen ferry schedule and travel logistics”.

The rescheduled date is now set for Tuesday, August 5, as per the ticketing giant’s update.

The full announcement from Ticketmaster relayed: “Hello. The Event Organiser has been in touch and has asked us to pass on the following information:

“Due to unforeseen ferry schedules and travel logistics, tomorrow’s performance in Manchester on July 28th has been rescheduled,” reports the Manchester Evening News.

The good news is that Drake will now perform in Manchester on Tuesday, August 5th, and it’s set to be an unforgettable night. All tickets remain valid for the new date – we can’t wait to see you there!””.

Earlier in the year, the artist known offstage as Aubrey Graham revealed he would grace Manchester with four shows during his global jaunt.

This follows his headline act at Wireless festival over three days on July 11, 12, and 13 at Finsbury Park, leading into his UK tour starting in Birmingham.

Drake’s forthcoming Manchester concerts are part of his $OME $PECIAL $HOWS 4 U European tour, marking his return to UK stages after a six-year hiatus since his 2019 Assassination Vacation Tour.

After his UK stint, the ‘God’s Plan’ rapper will extend his tour to Europe, with stops in Antwerp, Zurich, Cologne, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Milan, Paris, Berlin, Munich, before wrapping up in Hamburg on 22 and 23 September.
