Love Island hunk Ciaran Davies has been caught out in a love triangle, spotted kissing Poppy Harrison while dating Emily Morgan, sparking drama on and off the screen
Former Love Island contestant Ciaran Davies has found himself in the middle of a love tangle after being linked to of the series 12 bombshells at the same time.
The 22-year-old Welsh rugby player was recently spotted sharing an affectionate moment with Poppy Harrison during an evening out in London. Witnesses say the pair were seen at the stylish Soho hotspot Inca in mid-July, enjoying each other’s company.
However, not long before and after that night, Ciaran was also rumoured to be spending time with fellow Islander Emily Morgan, 24.
A source told The Sun: “While people were talking about Emily and Ciaran, he was also kissing Poppy.” They also described the situation as “sleazy” given that Ciaran was apparently still involved with Emily at the time.
The insider added that Ciaran and Poppy had been in contact for about two weeks and even discussed the idea of going out on official dates.
Ciaran’s reps have yet to comment on the claims, whilst Poppy’s team has declined to respond.
Any doubt about Ciaran and Emily’s connection appeared to fade this week when the pair were seen enjoying a date at Cardiff’s quirky mini-golf venue, Golf Fang.
Fans noticed both had shared photos from the location within an hour of each other, and a TikTok clip surfaced showing the two walking side by side.
Beneath one TikTok of Ciaran and Emily, Poppy left a pointed eyes emoji and tagged a friend. That friend cheekily replied “ Love Island season 12 must be his type.”
Poppy herself made her entrance on Love Island during a dramatic twist earlier in the season, but never made it back into the main villa.
She arrived as one of four “bombshells” who whisked away original Islanders for an overnight stay at Casa Amor. Poppy chose to date Remell Mullins, who was coupled with Alima at the time.
During their stay, Remell admitted he felt a spark with Poppy and hinted his relationship with Alima might be over, saying he felt more comfortable with Poppy than anyone else in the villa.
Despite the connection, Remell ultimately stayed with Alima, resulting in Poppy’s departure from the show. Ironically, Remell was eliminated himself just days later following a public vote.
Now, with Ciaran’s name tied to both Poppy and Emily, Love Island fans are keeping a close eye on this unfolding triangle.
