EXCLUSIVE: Olivia Attwood has admitted she’s been ‘proven wrong’ by someone in her life, believed to be former best friend and stylist Ryan Kay
Olivia Attwood and her best friend Ryan Kay have fallen out after he “broke her trust on multiple occasions”. The duo had been close pals and he also worked as her stylist. However fans noticed they had unfollowed each other on Instagram and hadn’t worked together in recent weeks, and she shared a cryptic post about her “circle getting smaller”.
According to The Sun, celebrity stylist Ryan was “gutted” that Olivia had “ditched him” since landing her biggest TV gig yet on This Morning.
Now, a source close to Olivia has revealed to Daily Star that their friendship soured weeks ago, at the time of her This Morning debut in July.
Our source said: “He was her private personal assistant, so it’s unclear why he would assume he’d be involved in her role at This Morning.
“At the time she was hosting, he was also working with other clients, and Olivia had already taken a step back from him as he had broken her trust on multiple occasions.”
Olivia has also taken to her Instagram story with a cryptic message aimed at someone who had been close to her, though she did not name anyone specifically.
She wrote: “So grateful for my small circle that gets smaller the longer I am in this industry – the ones who don’t feed the press with false narratives.
“And I do hate to be proven wrong especially when lots of people tried to warn you.
“But you live and learn I guess.
“We can chat about what’s been going on soon – I know you have questions but just not this week because in case you haven’t noticed I’m kinda busy.”
Daily Star has contacted Ryan for comment.
Ryan previously gushed over Olivia’s huge career move when she landed This Morning.
He said in a post on June 21: “I feel this post is a celebration and proud moment for the girl I call bestie – to you and your team, I can only be proud of you all for the journey and next chapter.”
Olivia replied: “Love you!”
Since then, it appears Ryan has been busy working with podcast host and I’m A Celeb star GK Barry, real name Grace Keeling.
