Love Island fans are convinced that Harrison’s latest social media post hints at his feelings for Toni
Love Island fans are convinced that Series 12 heartthrob Harrison Solomon is ‘missing’ his villa partner, Toni Laites.
The 22-year-old footie star joined the summer series midway and coupled up with Toni, who later clinched the reality show crown alongside fellow newcomer Cach Mercer.
Their romance hit the rocks when Harrison’s head was turned by Casa Amor stunner Lauren Wood, for whom he later walked out of the show.
Now, the pair – who’ve been joined at the hip since exiting the villa – have seemingly stirred the pot with a divisive social media post.
Harrison took to TikTok on Saturday (6 September), sharing a playful video in which he quizzes Lauren about missing the ITV villa, reports OK!
The 26-year-old retorts: “No, no. How about you?” Harrison agrees, replying: “No, me neither.”
The camera then swings to the former Islander, who is looking glum on the floor, suggesting he misses the villa.
The nine-second snippet has racked up nearly a million views, with fans echoing a common sentiment in the comments section. Many reckon Harrison is yearning for his days with Toni.
One wrote: “Replace the word villa with Toni and you’re right on the money there, mate,” while another concurred: “Really, you mean you miss Toni.”
Another fan chimed in, “I’d miss Toni too, to be fair,” and a fourth queried, “Does he miss the place or someone?”.
However, some leapt to the Derby lad’s defence, with one countering: “He just means the villa and all his mates and time in there… not that deep.”
Upon returning to the main house with Harrison, Lauren watched her fresh romance crumble as he began chatting up Toni before ultimately choosing to recouple with her.
This devastated Lauren, especially since the duo had been intimate before Harrison abandoned her for his former partner.
Nevertheless, the footballer eventually chose to chase Lauren and departed the villa alongside her following her harsh elimination.
The pair remains solid to this day. Harrison, who had been residing in America, has even said he won’t be heading back across the pond.
Instead, he’ll remain in the UK for Lauren and his nearest and dearest.
Daily Star has reached out to Harrison’s representatives for comment.
