Lady Gaga and Prince miss out on greatest Super Bowl halftime performer gong to this star

Beyoncé has been crowned the greatest Super Bowl performer of all-time, according to a poll of Brits by StubHub UK.

The Grown Woman legend, who is married to superstar rapper Jay Z, is said to have had a more popular halftime show than the likes of Madonna, Prince, and Katy Perry.

The result will no doubt to a shock to some fans as Beyoncé’s halftime show isn’t the most watched of all time.

The most watched Super Bowl half time show of all time goes to 2015 performer Katy Perry.

Katy’s set at Super Bowl XLIX was viewed by a staggering 120.7 million.

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga’s 2017 offering came in second with an equally impressive 117.5 million viewers.

Beyoncé’s 2013 performance brought in 110.8 million viewers.

When polled by StubHub UK, Brits believe Beyoncé gave the best halftime show, followed by Coldplay in second and Gaga in third.

Meanwhile, the later Purple Rain singer Prince comes in at sixth while Katy Perry slumps to number nine.

Awkwardly, Madame X herself Madonna misses out on the Top 10.

When asked about the most memorable moments of Super Bowl halftime performances, Brits reckon Janet Jackson’s 2004 infamous nipple wardrobe malfunction comes out on top.

Meanwhile, Prince’s 2007 performance of Purple Rain and Lady Gaga jumping off a roof three years ago closely follow.

This year’s Super Bowl halftime show is a dual headliner, with latina babes J.Lo and Shakira taking to the stage.

The duo’s show is expected to kick off around 1.30am on Monday morning due to the time difference.
