Love Island Zara McDermott shared yet another steamy selfie with her Instagram fans as the star spilled backstage secrets about Made In Chelsea.

The reality star siren erupted from a plunging blue top as she posed effortlessly for the scorching selfie.

However, the X Factor: Celebrity star didn’t always feel comfortable to wear what she desired.

She spoke exclusively to Daily Star Online about pressures to dress a certain way on Made In Chelsea, as well as discussing her past fashion insecurities when she worked in an office.

Sam Thompson’s girlfriend revealed: “There’s a lot of differences over the last few generations in terms of fashion.

“I feel like nowadays a lot of us, especially people in the workplace feel pressured to dress in a particular way.”

She discussed her thoughts about pressures to dress a certain way in the workplace in a recent online blog post.

“It was a really important thing for me to talk about as I’ve experienced some judgement and stuff like that in the workplace, I used to work in government.”

Zara continued saying that she feels more comfortable nowadays as she can wear clothes she likes, saying: “Now my job is a fashion influencer so I kind of choose what I wear and brands choose what I wear… so I don’t really have that problem anymore.”

However, the media personality did reveal she found it tough when she was first on Made In Chelsea as she didn’t want to “stand out”.

She explained: “I love like glitzy glittery dresses, and if I wore anything like that round with my boyfriend, I’d really stand out. Having to adapt to a certain show… it was important for me to fit in and I didn’t want to stand out …for my fashion sense that’s vastly different to those in the show.”

Zara proceeded to share some filming secrets about the E4 reality programme, saying Made In Chelsea stars would save their conversations for the cameras.

She said: “They won’t say something to their boyfriend because they want to say it on camera. People will withhold conversations and wait till their on camera to have them.”
