Caroline Flack is all smiles after she 'cleared head' in LA ahead of assault trial

Caroline Flack has been seen enjoying some downtime before her trial next month.

Former Love Island host Caroline, 40, was filmed laughing and smiling by TV producer pal, Mollie Grosberg, as they ventured out to go rock climbing.

The underfire TV personality recently returned to the UK following a break in Los Angeles in a bid to “clear her head” following her assault charge.

In the video, Caroline attempts to climb the wall before she loses her footing and says: “Oh, I don’t like it!”

She also ensured that her friends took plenty of photos and also posed to make sure that she was camera ready in some.

Rocking a purple hoodie, black leggings, a woolly hat and a simple pair of trainers, Harry Styles’ ex-girlfriend appeared to be in high spirits, leaving the impending trial at the back of her mind.

Mollie captioned the Instagram video: “We r professional climbers #healthiswealth [sic]”.

In a second video on Grosberg’s account, Flack was heard laughing and encouraging her friend who was behind the camera as she attempted to climb the rock wall.

Caroline Flack is alleged to have assaulted her tennis-ace boyfriend, Lewis Burton, 27, during an early-morning incident at her North London home.

Cops who attended the scene claimed it looked like something out of a “horror movie”.

Flack pleaded not guilty when she appeared at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on December 23rd.
