Before marrying into The Royal Family and becoming The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle was known as an actress starring in the US hit series, Suits as Rachel Zane – a paralegal for a huge law firm.
With 23 television credits to her name as well as eight-film credits, it’s safe to say she was pretty well known.
Kicking off her screen career in 2002, Meghan starred in an episode of General Hospital before moving on to shows such as 90210, Deal or No Deal and eventually Suits, which saw her become an international name.
Meghan eventually retired from acting in 2018 ahead of her marriage to Prince Harry.
But the 2013 film Random Encounters gave an unexpected insight into her future life as she went about seeking her Prince.
In the film, Meghan can be seen skulking around men in a club while out with her best friend, as well as online dating.
Prince Charles’ daughter-in-law has a straight-talking approach when it came to helping her friend who was unlucky in love, finding her one true love.
After setting her pal up on a dating site, Meghan says: “Random encounters is what we’re looking for.
“For people who are too chicken sh*t to do something about it, so it’s pretty much for people like you.:
The film also sees Meghan dressed to the nines in a yellow dress as she gets ready for a date with a guy she met online.
Speaking to her friend, she exclaims: “Don’t judge, we’re young, we’re having fun.”
The trailer for the film sees Meghan’s character (Terry) dancing in a club with a pal, saying: “Look like you’re really bored and have a serious attitude problem.”
Later on, Meg’s pal goes on to find her true love in a coffee store but true love doesn’t always run smoothly as Meghan also hooks up with him.
