Television show Don’t Tell The Bride is famous for showing brides who aren’t impressed with the plans for their big day which have been made by their future husbands and last night’s episode was no different.
Last night, Anna, 30, could potentially scoop the prize for the most upset bride to have appeared on the hit E4 show.
The 30-year-old almost cancelled her wedding after fiancé Andy chose to dress her bridesmaids “like elves” and bought her a wedding dress which cost a mere £150.
Shockingly, the dress was already falling apart before Anna tried it on – despite Andy being handed a budget of £13,000.
Speaking about the choice of dress, Anna said: “I don’t think the person who made that dress, likes that dress,
“I just want to ask him why. I feel like he hates me right now. I feel like I don’t want to marry him which is devastating. How could he do that to me?”
Despite the initial shock, Andy attempted to organise their wedding in just three weeks.
Andy believed that their wedding should be based on Anna’s native country and went about trying to hold the wedding in Ukraine.
He said: “I’m a traditional guy. I’m going to throw a traditional wedding… in Ukraine.”
but, Anna had a totally different eye for her big day.
Revealing all about her dream day, she added: “My dream wedding would be a very British manor house with nice grounds around it,
“It’s just something that would make me feel special on my wedding day.”
Andy’s plans of a Ukrainian big day didn’t go exactly to plan after he attempted to dress their bridesmaids in traditional dress.
A stunned bridesmaid chirped: “I would prefer something a bit more bridesmaidy. It looks like a big tablecloth.”
While a second claimed she felt like an “elf”.
The horrified groom later realised that he didn’t have enough money to fly the entire family to Ukraine after over-spending on his stag do which included dolphin spotting.
Anna’s hen-do was held in a snooker hall with just £100 left behind the bar for her and her pals.
Upon discovery, the bride-to-be said: “Oh my god. No matter what I say, my face says it all. The morale is quite low.
“Girls if anyone wants to go home, I’m absolutely fine with you going home. I just feel awful. I think they all know how I’m feeling without me saying a word.”
Despite being horrified, she went on to forgive her future husband.
Anna added: “This isn’t the British manor house I wanted, but when I see all my family here it digs deep. It’s very emotional.”
