Phillip Schofield was having none of Holly Willoughby’s banter on the show this morning, as she took a swipe at this white hairdo.
The ITV favourite was joined by former Great British Bake Off contestant Ruby for the This Morning cooking segment.
Ruby Bhogal, who made it to the final three on the 2018 instalment of the hit baking show, taught Holly and Phil how to make a delish beetroot chocolate cake.
Whipping up some sugar, the end of Holly’s spoon was encrusted with some thick white foam.
Holding it up to co-host Phillip’s hair, she remarked: “It looks like your head!”
Proud silver fox Phil was having none of it, as he snapped back: “Shut your face.”
Unfortunately, Holly had already caught a dose of the giggles, as she replied: “I was holding it up like that and going ‘which one is it?'”
Phillip got his own back later in the episode when he trumped Holly with their finished sponges.
He admitted: “I think mine looks lighter. I dod really well there!”
Later on, Holly and Phillip decorated the dairy-free dessert with dried raspberry and lashings of cocoa, flexing their cooking chops in the kitchen.
The double act, who have been presenting together since their Dancing On Ice debut back in 2006, clearly make a good team when it comes to whipping up desserts.
Turning to Ruby, Phil joked that “we should be paid for this ideally”.
Praising the ITV star’s cooking skills, Ruby massaged his ego, saying: “Thank you very much for being a great sous chef.”
