The Sex Clinic returned to E4 for another weekly dose of advice, STI tests and treatments.
During the show, Hugo Macqueenie, who arrived for an STI check-up, decided to show off his oral sex skills while in the waiting area.
His sexual skills were put in the limelight when another patient quizzed him over how to give good oral sex, and he didn’t shy away from a hands-on performance.
The social media influencer soon jumped to his feet in order to search for a banana, but failed to get his hands on the phallic-shaped fruit.

Grabbing the next best thing, he soon took advantage of the clinic’s decorative items and took hold of a vase.
Explaining to his new-found friends about the joys of giving good oral sex, he soon began an intimate performance on how to satisfy a man.
Grasping the vase with his hands, he informed his fellow sex clinic patients that they “should relax the jaw” and not “use their teeth”.

“I’ve had such bad oral sex from men that don’t know what they’re doing,” he exclaimed.
“You have to cover your teeth with your lips.”
He exclaimed: “I’ve got no gag reflex.”
However, not everyone was impressed with his impromptu demonstration, with viewers at home calling the display “vile”.

While another wasn’t happy either: “Hugo is making me cringe.”
And a third put: “I can’t even. This show is vile.”
The Sex Clinic airs Monday evenings on E4 at 10pm.
