Dog the Bounty Hunter isn’t letting the coronavirus outbreak come between him and his beloved reality TV shows.
The TV personality, real name Duane Chapman, told his followers he’s continuing to promote his upcoming programmes – set to hit the small screen later this year – despite the coronavirus outbreak worsening.
Taking to social media, the 67-year-old explained he is looking forward to visiting the UK in the future for meet and greets with fans.
Despite coronavirus cases rising, and Prime Minister Boris Johnson calling the pandemic the “worst public health crisis for a generation,” Dog was adamant he’ll be jetting to Scotland for his first-ever appearance.
No sooner had he revealed he’s heading overseas, he then, in the following post, urged his online following to quarantine themselves in order to help combat the deadly virus.
His team wrote: “Stay at home.” They then added the hashtag “don’t be a spreader” and added, “stay home if you can.”
The post comes after US towns could go into lockdown as the government starts to impose curfews.
Earlier this week, President Donald Trump urged Americans to avoid travel and social gatherings of more than 10 people.
Along with these regulations, he said that older people should stay indoors along with people suffering from pre-existing medical conditions.
Prior to the travel ban, Dug flew back to Hawaii and was reunited with his daughters Lyssa and Cecily, who he recently fell out with following his new relationship with family friend Moon Angel.
It’s his first trip back to the island since his wife Beth passed away last June after an 18-month battle with lung cancer.
During his visit, he reconnected with his girls and his grandkids, Dakota and Madalynn, at a rehab charity event.
