Reiss has emptied Debbie’s savings to pay for his girlfriend Sonia Fowler’s (Natalie Cassidy) IVF treatment as they long to start a family together, meaning there’s no cash to fund Debbie’s care. But as nervous Sonia heads in for her embryo transfer, Reiss takes a call saying Debbie’s care fees are three months overdue.Taking action, Reiss decides to rent the spare room out to generate some cash behind Sonia’s back. But she soon catches him out and isn’t thrilled with his latest scheme.
