The catastrophic event led to the death of eleven individuals and left many others wounded.The incident took place at the Lapu Lapu Day Block Party in Vancouver, Canada on Saturday evening around the vicinity of East 41st Avenue and Fraser Street.Noel, whose acting credits include roles in Psych, Supernatural, Fargo and The Good Doctor, suffered injuries himself, as did his seven year old daughter Darby.
