One potential buyer asked if Liam would fit in the boot of a Fiat Panda, while another wanted proof that Noel could “stand up without wobbling”.A third quipped: “Unless they can play Wonderwall in my living room, I’m not interested.”The seller even tried sprucing up the ad with new snaps, posing Noel in the hallway like he was about to nip down the shops, and propping Liam by the sofa as if he was ready to crack open a beer. Still, no takers.Noel and Liam reunited this year(Image: Tony Nicoletti/Daily Record)Weeks later, the cut-outs remain unsold, looming awkwardly in the living room like silent houseguests. To make matters worse, the fan’s girlfriend is said to be unimpressed with sharing her evenings with two cardboard Britpop icons, reportedly telling him: “It’s me or the Gallaghers.”But with no buyers biting, it looks like Noel and Liam are staying put – proving that while the real Oasis can sell out stadiums in minutes, their cardboard doubles can’t even get a lift down the road.Article continues belowWant all the biggest Showbiz and TV news straight to your inbox?
