However, judging by the screenshots, the female emcee never gave him a response.
DreamDoll blasted Tory in the caption of the post, “You been a dub! Since you came for me the first time.” She added, “Sadly you could try n diss me again this time for not having a hit but yet my biggest record was exposing your corny a** til dis day. During a joint interview with Justin, the rapper says his ‘Holy’ collaborator’s upcoming album is so good it reminds him of the King of Pop’s 1979 album ‘Off the Wall’.
    Sep 25, 2020
AceShowbiz – Chance the Rapper assures everyone that they will not be disappointed with Justin Bieber’s new album. He has nothing but good things to say about the Canadian superstar’s upcoming release, to the point where he could compare it to Michael Jackson’s “Off the Wall”. However, not a few took offense with his comment.
During a recent interview with Justin, Chance said of his “Holy” collaborator’s album, “I will say, this is no cap at all, I said this to you in Chicago, it’s some of the best music I’ve heard, period. It reminds me of when Michael Jackson made ‘Off The Wall’. Everybody’s who’s listening… I promise you, it’s literally groundbreaking music.”
Not only that, but the “Cocoa Butter Kisses” rapper also described Justin’s still-untitled album as “fire.”

Fans who learned of the interview were quick to disagree and some people did not even hold back in attacking Chance over his comment. “He says stupid s**t like this to get attention and relevancy anymore because everything since Acid rap has been exponentially worse than the one that preceded it,” one said, as someone echoed the sentiment, “I gave him a chance (no pun) after that comment he did comparing Beyonce to MJ…And now he says this foul s**t. I’m done.”
One other commented, “If Chance don’t stop this foolishness,” while another wrote, “Chance done lost his mind. We really have lost him guys.” There was also an individual who said, “I want Chance The Rapper exiled from this planet. The n***a always saying some dumb s**t. He can never shut the f**k up for once.” Chance’s comment also got one wondering, “Did Chance The Rapper lose braincells after recording The Big Day? I promise he been saying ridiculous s**t ever since.”

Each Del Mar Concerts in Your Cars performance will have a capacity of 700 vehicles and be held on a four-sided stage with four large video screens. The concerts will be broadcast on an FM frequency that attendees can listen to in their vehicles, although the on-stage sound system will be sufficient to project the music directly through the air, giving concertgoers both options.
Ticket prices start at $99 per vehicle for each concert, plus service fees, with up to four patrons per vehicle. Tickets can be purchased at concertsinyourcar.com/sandiego. Concertgoers will have to follow COVID-19 guidelines, which include wearing mask and social-distancing. The Beach Boys have also lined up a series of venue gigs, beginning with a show in Greenville, South Carolina next week, September 28.
Meanwhile, Love and his Beach Boys band are working on a potential 60th anniversary trek with all the existing members of the surf-rock group, including Brian Wilson and Al Jardine, who no longer take part in the live shows.

  • Van Morrison Slammed by Northern Ireland's Health Minister for 'Dangerous' COVID-19 Protest

    WENN/Joel Ginsburg

Robin Swann has reacted to the ‘Brown Eyed Girl’ hitmaker’s plan to release three anti-lockdown songs in the wake of government’s decision to tighten social-distancing restrictions.
    Sep 24, 2020
AceShowbiz – Northern Ireland’s health minister has slammed Van Morrison over the singer’s plans to release three songs protesting the coronavirus lockdown.
Morrison has revealed he has recorded tracks with lyrics that attacked government officials, accusing them of “making up crooked facts” to “enslave” the population, following Robin Swann’s decision to tighten social-distancing restrictions to halt the spread of COVID-19.
Swann has now fired back, revealing he is “disappointed” in Van’s “dangerous” comments.
“We in Northern Ireland are very proud of the fact that one of the greatest music legends of the past 50 years comes from our part of the world, so there’s a real feeling of disappointment,” the minister tells Rolling Stone. “We expected better from him.”

“However, it goes further than disappointment. Some of what he is saying is actually dangerous. It could encourage people to not take coronavirus seriously. If you see it all as a big conspiracy, then you are less likely to follow the vital public health advice that keeps you and others safe.”
Swann added, “He is going way beyond raising questions… It’s actually a smear on all those involved in the public health response to a virus that has taken lives on a massive scale. His words will give great comfort to the conspiracy theorists – the tin foil-hat brigade, who crusade against masks and vaccines and think this is all a huge global plot to remove freedoms.”
Meanwhile, Morrison has announced he will donate all the profits from the new tracks to musicians who are struggling during the crisis.
“Lockdown is taking away people’s jobs and freedoms across all sectors of society,” he said. “I believe live music is essential, and I worry that without positive action it will not survive. Without live music the world would be a much poorer place. It makes a huge contribution to the economy and you cannot put a price on what music does for people’s wellbeing.”

  • Quavo Blasts DJ Akademiks for Bashing Migos and GF Saweetie – See His Response

    WENN/Instagram

It all starts after the hip-hop blogger shares a post suggesting that the ‘Bad and Boujees’ hitmaker has fallen off, before saying that it’s because of their rags and riches upgrade.
    Sep 23, 2020
AceShowbiz – DJ Akademiks often picks fights with hip-hop musicians in the industry, and this time around, his target is apparently Migos. It all started after he shared on Tuesday, September 22 a post suggesting that the three-piece group has fallen off, before assuming that it might be because of their rags to riches upgrade.
“They were a street rap group,” he said. “All of a sudden they’re only in the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills. They look like they’ve lost the street presence, the street essence… Hip-hop, you’re talking about a lifestyle so when the lifestyle no longer matches what you’re putting out in terms of content, it feels like the culture stopped looking at those men as the representatives.” He continued, “We’re seeing Quavo. He looks super happy, in love. The music isn’t even matching what he has going on.”
Quavo caught wind of his comment and was quick to hit back. In a post shared on Twitter, the “Too Blessed” rapper called out Akademiks and offered to play him new music from Migos. “Pull Up And Chop It up Like a man I promise I ain’t gon hit you!!!” he said. “Jus wanna play u these new MIGOS records since u think shit sweet!”

Not only Migos, but Quavo also defended his girlfriend, Saweetie, against Akademiks over the comment he made about the female emcee. For those who need a reminder, the blogger once called Saweetie “a trash rapper” during an interview. Responding to his comment, Quavo added in his tweet, “And stop bashin my girl. She’s a Female but if I tell her to go in yo s**t SHE WOULD so what the trash word internet girl.”

Despite the callout, Akademiks seemed unfazed as he replied back, “Let’s set it up!” On the other hand, Saweetie remains silent over Akademiks’ comment about her.

  • Jessie J Seemingly Addresses Her On-Off Relationship With Channing Tatum in New Single

    Instagram

The ‘Price Tag’ singer appears to talk about her romance with the ‘Magic Mike’ actor and the reason why they frequently broke up and got back together again.
    Sep 23, 2020
AceShowbiz – Jessie J looks set to open up on her relationship with “Magic Mike” hunk Channing Tatum on her new album.
In lyrics to a new track, titled “Simply Be in Love”, which the star previewed during an Instagram Live broadcast, the singer appears reflects on her on-off relationship with the actor, whom she started dating in 2018 after Channing split from his wife Jenna Dewan.
On the track, Jessie suggests the reason for their frequent splits has been because they raced into their relationship too quickly, crooning, “You’re always dreaming about tomorrow, and I’m still overthinking yesterday / Where you go I know I want to follow, let’s make a promise on today.”
“Take it slow, baby steps, so we don’t ruin what comes next / Just be still, just stay calm, so we’re not rushing what we are / Pressure off, just have fun, it’s not a race, no need to run / If it’s forever, let’s just simply be in love.”

Speaking about the tune, the “Price Tag” singer shared, “I wrote this song about when you first meet someone and you want to steam ahead. Sometimes running can ruin a foundation that a relationship needs, which is to just be chill, stay still and enjoy the moment.”
While a release date for Jessie’s new record has yet to be confirmed, it will be her first since her 2018 holiday album, “This Christmas Day”.
She once joked about recruiting the Hollywood hunk as an opening act for her next tour, “I’m thinking about calling my next tour ‘Magic Mike and I’ and having Chan open for me as a stripper. He’d do it too! That would sell some tickets, eh?”
