    AceShowbiz – 50 Cent and T.I. are trading jabs online after they were proposed as the next stars to face each other on “Versuz”. Seemingly up for the showdown, Tip challenged Fiddy by writing on Instagram on Thursday night, September 3, “Pick a date!”
    The “In da Club” hitmaker responded by making fun of T.I.’s beard in a photo and his music. “Bro ya beard is not quite connecting like your music,” he wrote along with Tip’s image. Fiddy also bragged about his album sales, adding, “You know I did 10,000,000 on the second album too. you just make sure your at work on time. OK.”
    Fif also took a shot at T.I. by posting along with a photo of a bee and a fly facing off, “So I just want to say to … I’m clear you will never understand how much better I am than you are, look even my skin is darker then [sic] yours. I’m just a better specimen of a man than you punk.”

    T.I. didn’t back and commented on Fif’s post, “Pull ya BAD A** UP den BIG DAWG Homie OG!! Cmon!! wit ya 1 album & them other Lil Luke warm songs u got…gon dust that s**t off kid.” The Atlanta rapper responded again, writing, “These little n!66as be angry, don’t worry you’ll be a Big Dog like me one day. for now you’ll just be. I like that jacket, not bad. LOL #STARZ POWER SUNDAY!”
    The “Live Your Life” spitter took another jab at Fif, posting on his page, “I’m DYYYIIINNNNN yo. Dis n***a @50cent slow af… he actually think he got a shot wit that one & 1/2 albums he got … U washed my boi. Now cmon & PULL YO YOUNG BABOON FACE A- ON UP & GET SERVED CURTIS!”

    While 50 Cent and T.I.’s jabs at each other were quite savage, it’s safe to say that they’re just playfully trolling each other. The two stars recently announced a partnership on a new TV series “Twenty Four Seven”, developed at CBS All Access.

    AceShowbiz – Singer Teyana Taylor is calling attention to racial injustice in a haunting new music video highlighting the Black Lives Matter movement.
    In the promo for “Still”, which talented Taylor also directed, she portrays the real-life victims of brutality, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, and Trayvon Martin.
    The video is comprised of actual footage of the protests that have swept the U.S. and features shots of her channelling civil rights icon Malcolm X and Black Panther leader Huey Newton. A list of all those who have lost their lives at the hands of the police is also displayed on the screen.

    Taylor, an emergency medical worker in Kentucky, was fatally shot multiple times in her own home in March after officers entered with a no-knock warrant during a botched drugs raid. The three cops allegedly involved are yet be charged over her death.
    The unarmed Floyd was killed in May by police in Minnesota and cellphone camera footage of his death rocked America and sparked BLM demonstrations across the country.
    Meanwhile, unarmed 17-year-old Martin was was killed by neighbourhood watch member George Zimmerman in 2012.
    “Still” appears on Taylor’s latest release, “The Album”.

    AceShowbiz – Last month, DJ Khaled released two collaborations with Drake, “Popstar” and “Greece”. Now, the hip-hop stars have blessed fans with the visuals for the former song and even hired Justin Bieber to star in the eight-minute music video.
    It opens with Khaled sending an endless stream of videos nagging Drake to complete the music video for the song. However, the “Hotline Bling” hitmaker shows no desire to leave his native country of Canada. Following minutes of back-and-forth, Drake finally comes up with an idea to get the song done and that is, getting Justin to take on his role and throw a massive party at his house.
    “N****s come for me, I tear them all to pieces, my girl/ I’ma show your sexy a** what relief is, my girl/ Please don’t take no s**t that’s ’bout to have you geekin’,” Justin mimics Drake’s rap as he hangs out with ladies in skimpy outfits. “And I’m not drivin’ nothin’ that I gotta stick the keys in/ Wonder how I got this way?”
    Hailey Bieber (previously known as Hailey Baldwin) makes a cameo appearance at the end of the music video, as Justin tells her about having a strange dream in which Drake asks him to star in his visuals. However, when the lovebirds go out for a walk with their dog, Justin receives a call from the Canadian hip-hop superstar and that is when he realizes he’s not dreaming.
    Released on July 17, “Popstar” serves as the lead single off Khaled’s upcoming twelfth album entitled “Khaled Khaled”. It debuted at No. 3 on Billboard’s Hot 100 and launched atop the music chart in Canada. In addition to that, the song was nominated for Song of the Summer at the 2020 Video Music Awards but ultimately lost to BLACKPINK’s “How You Like That”.

    AceShowbiz – SZA is finally back! The R&B singer is making her return to the music industry by releasing a single entitled “Hit Different” featuring Ty Dolla $ign. The release of the tune is accompanied with a music video that SZA directed herself, marking her directorial debut.
    In the visuals, which features shots in a scrapyard and a barn, SZA is seen showcasing her dance moves along with several female dancers as she sings about a relationship that hits differently. “Somethin’ wrong with me, I like the way you screw your face up/ Trigger me right when I need it,” she rhymes. “You wrong but I can’t get along without you/ It’s a shame and I can’t blame myself, keep on lovin’ you.”
    “Hit Different” marks SZA’s first song since her collaboration with Justin Timberlake on “The Other Side” that served as the soundtrack to “Trolls World Tour”. She worked on the new song with The Neptunes and recorded it in DJ Khaled’s house earlier this year while he was at the Super Bowl.
    She said of the song in an interview with Apple, “I was swimming in my brain about what I wanted to say first, what I wanted to bring energy wise first and I just really–I just stopped trying to like overthink and I just wanted to give people something just to vibe because I have so much stuff that I’m just done holding onto.”
    Recently, SZA voiced her frustration about her new music being delayed. She seemed to imply that Top Dawg Entertainment and TDE head Terrence “Punch” Henderson were the cause of it, but when fans started trending the hashtag, “Free SZA” on Twitter, she backtracked her comment.
    She said at the time, “Don’t nobody need to free me. Lmao I’m not held hostage n neither is my music!! Me n Punch be disagreeing…he’s never steered me wrong and I trust God’s timing. I love y’all.”

    AceShowbiz – Miley Cyrus has slammed the directors behind her performance at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards due to an argument over her lighting.
    The singer hit the stage during Sunday’s (30Aug20) socially-distanced show to perform her latest break-up song “Midnight Sky” – which she dropped days before confirming her split from Australian singer Cody Simpson.
    During her performance, Miley sang about her exes, including Cody, Kaitlynn Carter, and ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, while repeating infamous imagery from her iconic “Wrecking Ball” music video – including swinging atop a disco ball in the dark.
    But speaking on the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast, the “Malibu” hitmaker opened up about an “embarrassing” incident that occurred between herself and the directors ahead of the taping.
    She explained, “Beauty light is always used on women and I said, ‘Turn the f**king lights off. You would never tell Travis Scott or Adam Levine that he couldn’t turn the beauty light off.’ I just want the red lighting. The same thing that we do with the guys – that’s exactly what I want.”
    “My bracelets kept getting caught and they said, ‘You want to be treated like a guy we wouldn’t be dealing with this if a guy was doing this,’ ” Miley explained. “I said a guy wouldn’t be doing this because a guy doesn’t sell your show with sex, the way I am going to. I am aware of that.”
    Rogan enquired, “You were having these conversations with the directors?” before adding, “That’s a ridiculous conversation,” to which Miley replied, “It is also embarrassing.”
    The “Mother’s Daughter” hitmaker even said that she was asked, “How long is glam gonna take?” – suggesting she faced opposition from the team because of her gender.
    “I don’t lose my kindness but I am firm about what I want,” she stated, adding that she might be labeled a “diva” or “b**ch” but if The Weeknd or Kanye West did it, they would be called “creative god.”

    Tekashi announced his new album last month, when he held an Instagram Live session to proclaim the effort’s release date while strutting down a neighborhood in Chicago with a bottle of vodka in his hands. Among the songs that would be included on the album is his Nicki Minaj collaboration, “Trollz”, which debuted atop Billboard’s Hot 100 and became his No. 1 single in the country. However, it also broke the record for the largest drop down the chart from No. 1 after the song went down to No. 34 in the following week.
    “Tattle Tales” will mark Tekashi’s first album since his prison release this spring. Back in 2019, the rainbow-haired star was sentenced on charges related to gang activity in New York, but received a reduced sentence after cooperating with federal investigators and informing on his former gang associates. He was allowed to continue his two-year sentence at home due to the coronavirus pandemic.
    “Tattle Tales” is set to hit the stores on Friday, September 4.

Eli Russell Linnetz, who directed his music video for “Feel Me” featuring Tyga, finally released the visuals on Wednesday, September 3, and one scene in the music video successfully sparked chatter online.
    The said scene featured Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. The KKW Beauty owner could be seen in the clip sitting down with her legs open. Soon after, the “Life of Kylie” alum appeared from the shadow and walked out of her lady parts, making it look like Kim was the one who gave birth to Kylie.
    People could not help but comment on that one particular scene online after seeing the music video. “This video was so weird, I wished I didn’t watch it,” one person said, while another was confused, “What the f**k is that even supposed to mean? What???” Someone else also chimed in, “I could’ve gone my whole life not seeing this.” There was also someone who commented, “Just when you thought this family couldn’t get any weirder.”
    After the leaked music video went viral, Eli later gave an explanation about the meaning behind the infamous scene. He said to E! News, “It features Kylie coming out of Kim’s vagina. The metaphorical meaning being that there would be no Kylie without Kim.”
    Eli, who also directed Kanye’s “Famous” music video, also explained that the music video was shot three years ago and cost around $1 million. However, they decided not to release it to the public due to Kylie and Tyga’s split. “The video was shot over five months but was never released because Kylie and Tyga broke up,” so he told the publication, describing the music video as “the visual smashing of American iconography, man made machinery battling man-made women, a battle of machines set in a futuristic mysterious magic arena.”
