    AceShowbiz – Snoop Dogg deeply regrets his episode of infidelity involving Celina Powell and he has let the world know it. Being featured in the newly-released remix to Problem’s song “Don’t Be Mad at Me”, he took the chance to publicly apologize to his wife Shante Taylor while dissing his former side chick as a “lame b***h.”
    “I’m tired of sayin’ sorry for the same s**t/ Damn near lost my queen, f**king ’round with that lame b***h,” he spits his verse, before admitting and celebrating his marriage which remains strong despite the affair, “Ashamed of myself ’cause I shamed you/ Good or bad, right or wrong, we always bang through.”
    The 48-year-old rhymer continues to sing praise for his lady love, “You’re thicky thick, go and shake it for me baby (Baby)/ Picture perfect, let me take it for you baby (Baby)/ No cap, I ain’t s**t without you/ And I put that on my momma, I’d die for you baby boo.”

    Snoop doesn’t mention any name in the song, but considering the buzz surrounding the cheating scandal, people could not help but speculate that it’s about his affair with Celina. The Instagram thot exposed their affair in 2018, claiming they had sex while listening to his gospel album “Bible of Love”.
    Snoop later flipped the script, saying she’d been nothing more than bait for his new show “Clout Chasers”, which never sees the light of day. In a trailer for the show, Snoop mentions Celina’s infamous plot to fake a paternity test and claims Offset was the father of her child and gives a glimpse at his clout-chasing sting.
    Earlier this year, the talk about Snoop and Celina’s affair was reignited by 6ix9ine, after the two rappers got into a back-and-forth on social media. The “GOOBA” hitmaker shared a video of Snoop and Celina together in what looks like a hotel room.
    Celina later claimed that Snoop tried to contact her and ask her to team up for revenge against 6ix9ine, but she ignored his calls. “@snoopdogg I’m not interested in teaming up with you against @6ix9ine, stop calling me askin why I’m egging him on,” she wrote in an Instagram post back in May.
    As for the song, Problem explained his goal with it in a press release. “I want this song to help couples get through these tough quarantine times together,” he shared. “Don’t sweat the small stuff. Being the bigger person is the key. The song was actually recorded as a real apology. I was wrong about something we had a small argument about and instead of just saying sorry, I went and did the song and sent it to her. It worked lol.”

    AceShowbiz – Big Sean has been receiving a lot of criticism ever since it’s been confirmed that Naya Rivera passed away in a drowning accident. Many people are attacking the rapper over his infamous diss track against the late actress, “IDFWU”, that he released back in 2015, with some urging him to delete the song from all streaming platforms.
    For instance, one person said, “I really hope you feel like the awful person you are for making that horrid song about her.” Meanwhile, another told him to “retire the song I don’t f**k you.” There was also an individual who wrote, “I know now ull think twice before writing someone hurtful songs.”
    Even though Big Sean has not addressed anything, not a few have come to his defense and pointed out that Naya’s death has nothing to do with Big Sean and that he’s probably just as sad as the others. “Disgusted that people actually coming at this man for a song he made 6-7 years ago instead of mourning her,” one person urged others to mourn Naya’s death instead of attacking Sean.
    “ik damn well yall were singin that song when it came out & naya was singin it too so pls be kind to sean during these times theres no reason to send hate,” another said, referring to the time when the “Glee” alum performed the song on “Lip Sync Battle”. An individual responded to the criticism, “Y’all mad miserable talking about that song…y’all acting like y’all never said anything bad to your ex’s.”
    Naya passed away after she went missing in Lake Peru, where she and her son Josey rented a pontoon boat. Her body was found after five days of searching.
    Her family recently issued a statement regarding her death, thanking those who offered their prayers and support while they were searching for her body. “While we grieve the loss of our beautiful legend, we are blessed to honor her everlasting legacy and magnetic spirit. Naya was an amazing talent, but was an even greater person, mother, daughter and sister,” so the statement read. “Thank you to the men and women of the Ventura, Tulare, and San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Departments for your commitment and unwavering effort to find Naya. We extend endless gratitude and ovation to the heroine who found her. Thank you to her friends, colleagues, and fans for your continuous support.”
    To conclude the lengthy statement, her family requested that “our privacy be respected during this very difficult time.”

    Back in May, Iggy confirmed a new album was on the way. The Australian star released her sophomore effort “In My Defense” last year to poor critical reviews and low sales, with the album debuting at number 50 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.
    She recently joked she’s set to become a “two hit wonder” by teaming up with “Old Town Road” hitmaker Lil Nas X on new music, after the rapper approached her for a collaboration on social media.

The singer and makeup mogul announced on Tuesday, July 14 that she would be releasing a skincare line called Fenty Skin, prompting many to get upset because what they really need from Rih right now is her new album.
    The announcement was accompanied with a video of Rih washing her face with the upcoming line’s facial wash. She then followed it up with several other products. In the caption of the post, the “Love the Way You Lie” singer revealed that her skincare line would be available for purchase via her website starting from July 31.
    Some people were excited and looking forward to buying the products, while some others did not. Instead, they were upset that Rih decided to release a skincare line when what they were all waiting for the most was her new music. “This ain’t what we asked for Pooh,” one told her in the comment section. “But can I wash my face while I listen to some chunes? NEED NEW MUSAK,” another said, as one other sarcastically wrote, “she releasing everything but music.”
    “This b***h will soon make oxygen, but no f**king songs ugh what a life,” an individual quipped, with someone else echoing the sentiment, “Releasing everything BUT Fenty Music. But do you sis!” Another person said, “This b***h will really drop anything OTHER than music.” One other fan was just as disappointed as the rest, “why does she refuse to give us fenty music.”
    People have been eagerly waiting for Rih to release new music ever since her 2016 album “ANTI”. She previously promised that her new album would hit the stores in 2019, but it was eventually delayed. Addressing the delay in an interview, Rih said, “I don’t want my albums to feel like themes. There are no rules. There’s no format. There’s just good music, and if I feel it, I’m putting it out.” She added, “I can’t say when I’m going to drop. But I am very aggressively working on music.”

    The bassist of the Adam Levine-fronted band has decided to temporarily step down from the ‘Move Like Jagger’ group in the wake of his arrest for domestic violence.

    AceShowbiz – Maroon 5 star Mickey Madden is taking a leave of absence from the group after he was arrested following a fight with an unidentified woman.
    The bassist, who is facing a domestic violence charge, was taken into custody on 27 June (20), and is currently free on bail.
    Until Tuesday (14Jul20), Madden hadn’t commented on the incident, while a spokesperson for the “Moves Like Jagger” hitmakers released a statement shortly after his arrest.
    “We are deeply devastated by this disappointing news,” it read. “As we learn more, we are looking at this very seriously. For now, we are allowing all of the individuals involved the space to work things through.”
    Now Madden has revealed he’s stepping down from the band for now to take care of his personal issues.
    “I have some things that I need to deal with and address right now and so I have decided to take a leave of absence from Maroon 5 for the foreseeable future,” he told People. “During this time, I do not want to be a distraction to my bandmates. I wish them the absolute best.”

    Halsey and her co-writer Delacey’s break-up anthem “Without Me” won the Song of the Year trophy, with Khalid and Malone sharing the songwriter of the year after each penning four of rights organisation BMI’s top performed songs of 2019.
    Khalid was honoured for his hits “Beautiful People”, “Better”, “Eastside”, and “Talk”, while the rapper’s “Goodbyes”, “Jackie Chan”, “Sunflower”, and “Wow” earned him the accolade.
    Sony/ATV Music Publishing received the coveted Publisher of the Year accolade for the eighth time.
    BMI also celebrated the songwriters behind the 50 most-performed pop songs of the previous year, with Taylor Swift’s “ME!”, Jonas Brothers’ “Sucker”, Charlie Puth’s “Done for Me” as well as tracks by Pink, Camila Cabello, Billy Ray Cyrus, Teddy Geiger, Lady Gaga, Lizzo, Young Thug, Mark Ronson, and more also earning prizes.
    In a press release, BMI’s Vice President of Worldwide Creative Barbara Cane hailed the winners and expressed her hope that next year’s 69th annual BMI Pop Awards ceremony would go ahead as planned after the Covid-19 pandemic subsides.
    “We’re so proud to recognise BMI’s incomparable family of pop songwriters and music publishers whose talent, originality and creativity helped inspire many of the most popular songs of the past year,” she said.
    “With unique artistry and fearless authenticity, their music has the ability to inspire, uplift and empower us to drive the positive change that is so needed right now. We thank our community of music creators for sharing their gift of songwriting, and we look forward to celebrating with everyone in person at next year’s ceremony.”

    AceShowbiz – Rapper Bun B had a not-so-nice, yet amusing experience when he worked with Beyonce Knowles and Slim Thug on her song “Check on It”. In the latest episode of “The Nostalgia Mixtape”, both him and Slim Thug got kicked out of the music video set by Jay-Z because the latter apparently still had some insecurities with other men being in the room.
    Bun B mentioned that the incident happened when Bey and Jay were still in the early stages of their relationship. At the time, the former Destiny’s Child member was dancing in a short skirt before changing her attire to a bikini. There should not be any problem if not for the fact that a lot of single men were watching her dance, which prompted Jay to have them escorted out of the room until she finished her take.
    “He’s like, ‘Yeah how’s the video going, what’s going good, are the guys there?’ All the guys that are with us are the only men there. Well let me say this. There were other men there but they weren’t straight,” Bun B recalled. “So he’s like, ‘Wait a minute, how many dudes are there?’ So she’s like ‘Well there’s about 9 or 10 guys that are there.’ And he’s like, ‘Where are they now?’ She says, ‘Well, they’re on the sound stage you know, they’re kind of watching her film.’ ‘What is she wearing?’ She describes the outfits and he’s like, ‘Yo, clear the room.’ ”
    He continued, “So they immediately come over to us and they kick all of us out to our dressing rooms and we’re told to stay there until we have to shoot. We’re not allowed to watch Beyonce dance anymore.”

    Beyonce apparently only learned of this incident after the shooting wrapped up and quickly went to apologize to both him and Slim Thug. “So I guess Beyonce gets wind of the call, she comes up, and she apologizes. ‘I’m so sorry you guys had to leave the room but Jay’s not comfortable,’ ” he went on saying.
