    Daniel Kaluuya Unsure If He Will Be Back for 'Black Panther 2'

    The ‘Get Out’ actor says he still hasn’t signed on for the upcoming ‘Black Panther’ sequel which is expected to retire the titular character played by the late Chadwick Boseman.

    AceShowbiz – Daniel Kaluuya is uncertain about whether he will appear in the “Black Panther” sequel.
    The 31-year-old actor played the role of W’Kabi in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) blockbuster – the best friend of the late Chadwick Boseman’s titular hero T’Challa – and is satisfied to do “whatever the story needs” in Ryan Coogler’s project.
    Asked about a role in the sequel, Daniel told journalist Jemele Hill on her podcast “Jemele Hill Is Unbothered”, “I have no idea. I speak to Ryan, I’m not gonna go, ‘Yo (put me in the movie).’ He’s living his life and working hard.”
    “Whatever the story needs, you know? That (first movie) was a moment for us, and I don’t want to go like, ‘I’m trying to be in it just because I want it.’ It’s for us, I’m a fan.”

    He added to Jemele Hill, “I’m that kind of person if the story and the piece is better without me, I’m like, ‘Yo, I’m gonna watch this’, because I really wanna watch it. And if I’m in it and I’m able to serve it, then I’m in it. And I just stay in that position.”
    Daniel also admits the absence of Chadwick – who tragically passed away from cancer in August 2020 – is “going to be a huge loss” for the movie.
    The “Get Out” star explained, “He was the centre. He was the glue. It’s going to be a huge loss. That’s going to be felt, you know?”
    “But I feel the way, when I’ve spoken to people part of the cast and the energy and the character of everyone, everyone is ready to honour what he gave in that moment. We can’t even put our head around what he gave in that moment, to us and to everyone. So I feel everyone’s ready to honour him and suit up, but the loss is unquantifiable.”

Porsha Williams appeared to get carried away as she threw some dollar bills his way.
    Not stopping there, she was also seen rubbing her backside up against his erect penis. Everyone shared the sentiment as they begged him to stay and party with them even after the cameras stopped rolling.
    After the crew left the house, the Housewives excitedly covered every camera that they saw so that they could go as wild as they wanted to. However, they missed one camera that was put outside as it captured some of what happened inside the house.     The night continued but Kenya Moore, Cynthia and a few others decided to call it a night and go to bed earlier while some others still enjoyed the party. Around 6 A.M. the next morning, Kenya woke up and said that she heard sex noises coming from Porsha’s second bedroom. B.O.L.O. apparently stayed the night as he was seen leaving the house later.
    Kenya then grilled everyone if they also heard what she heard. After examining everyone’s answers, she concluded that it must have been Porsha and Tanya Sam who hooked up with the stripper. Kenya, however, didn’t specifically name any names in the episode.
    In an interview with Entertainment Tonight in December 2020, Kenya made the same claims. “I heard a lot — and other people heard a lot, very specific things. Very specific things and very specific voices,” so she shared.
    Kenya revealed that she found it unfair “that people will call that pot-stirring” as she argued, “We are a cast, and we are in a cast house, and if something happens like that in a cast house while you are working, then it should be discussed. You can’t do that at McDonald’s! You can’t go in the bathroom at McDonald’s and have sex with someone and think it’s OK because hey, you know, you were in the closet. No. You’re at work.”

    AceShowbiz – Woody Allen and his wife Soon-Yi Previn have responded to HBO’s docuseries “Allen v. Farrow” that explores his notorious relationship with ex-wife Mia Farrow. Following the release of the first episode of the docuseries on Sunday, February 21, Woody and Soon-Yi released a joint statement, denying sexual molestation claims made against the Oscar-winning auteur.
    “These documentarians had no interest in the truth. Instead, they spent years surreptitiously collaborating with the Farrows and their enablers to put together a hatchet job riddled with falsehoods,” the statement read. “Woody and Soon-Yi were approached less than two months ago and given only a matter of days ‘to respond.’ Of course, they declined to do so.”
    The statement continued, “As has been known for decades, these allegations are categorically false. Multiple agencies investigated them at the time and found that, whatever Dylan Farrow may have been led to believe, absolutely no abuse had ever taken place. It is sadly unsurprising that the network to air this is HBO – which has a standing production deal and business relationship with Ronan Farrow. While this shoddy hit piece may gain attention, it does not change the facts.”

    “Allen v. Farrow” is also set to offer intimate home-movie footage, court documents, police evidence, revelatory videotape and never-before-heard audio tapes. Hailing from Oscar-nominated documentarians Kirby Dick and Amy Ziering, it also features exclusive, in-depth interviews on the matter with Mia Farrow, Dylan Farrow, Ronan Farrow, family friend Carly Simon, prosecutor Frank Maco, relatives, investigators, experts and other firsthand eyewitnesses.

    AceShowbiz – After wrapping up her character Raven’s storyline in the “X-Men” film series, Jennifer Lawrence is likely joining another Marvel superhero franchise. Words are the Academy Award-winning actress is set to star in an upcoming “Fantastic Four” reboot.
    According to The Daily Telegraph (via Daily Mail), the Katniss Everdeen of “The Hunger Games” film series is heading Down Under in March to film “Fantastic Four (2022)”. The news outlet reported that the project, which has Jon Watts on board as director, is set to “bed down” in Australia “for the foreseeable future.”
    “There is nowhere in the world where films can be shot in the way they can be here in Australia,” an alleged studio source told the paper. There’s no word on other cast members for the “Fantastic Four” remake as Marvel has not addressed the casting reports.
    Meanwhile, Deadline’s senior film reporter Justin Kroll, who is known for his reliable scoops, seemingly begged to differ. Hinting that the project is still in early development, he tweeted on Saturday, February 20, “All I’m gonna say is this, Marvel just started meeting with writers on FANTASTIC FOUR, there is no script and it will be awhile before this film starts shooting.”

    Amid the unconfirmed casting news of Lawrence, fans were praising the original cast lineup for 2005’s “Fantastic Four”. The movie starred Ioan Gruffudd as Reed Richards, Jessica Alba as Susan Storm, Chris Evans as Johnny Storm, and Michael Chiklis as Ben Grimm.
    “they were actually great as the Fantastic 4 but y’all ain’t ready for that conversation,” one fan tweeted along with photos of the four main actors from the said movie. Another echoed the sentiment, “oh.. I just want them bc they’re the only ones who can pull off fantastic 4.”
    A third one said the original lineup is “the only fantastic 4 I acknowledge,” while someone else particularly raved over Alba’s portrayal of Susan Storm, “jessica alba was so good as sue storm in fantastic 4.”
    Lawrence recently wrapped up the filming of Netflix’s political satire disaster comedy film “Don’t Look Up”, which also stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Timothee Chalamet among other A-list actors. Should she really be cast in the upcoming “Fantastic Four” reboot, she will likely take the role of Susan.
    Previous attempt to remake the superhero film franchise didn’t end well, as 2015’s “The Fantastic Four” was widely panned by critics and a box office bomb. Directed by Josh Trank, it features Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara and Jamie Bell as the titular superheroes.

    AceShowbiz – Anne Hathaway has confessed she was the ninth choice for the lead role in her hit movie “The Devil Wears Prada”.
    The actress starred as magazine assistant Andy Sachs in the 2006 film, opposite Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt, but Anne claims she could have easily missed out on the part.
    Speaking to the contestants of TV talent show “RuPaul’s Drag Race”, Anne explained, “I will give you some tea [gossip], I was the ninth choice for ‘Devil Wears Prada’. But I got it! Hang in there, never give up.”

    Rachel McAdams reportedly turned down the role, while Claire Danes and Juliette Lewis were also considered, before Anne was finally offered the job.

    The “Les Miserables” star has previously admitted she wasn’t first in line for the gig, but she didn’t explain just how far down the filmmakers’ wish list she had been for the role of Sachs.

    She said, “I’m not sure if ‘could [there be a sequel?]’ is the right question. Should there be? I’d love to make a movie with all the people again that’s something totally different. But I think that one might have just hit the right note. It’s good to leave it as it is.”

    In the said skit, Rege-Jean could be seen playing a round of billiards with “manly men,” who were played by cast member Beck Bennett, Pete Davidson, Mikey Day, Alex Moffat, Kenan Thompson and Bowen Yang. Later, they went to the jukebox to play favorite song as “Drivers License” later played.
    After listening to the song, all the men praised the heartbreaking ballad. “I gotta hear that freaking bridge again, man,” one of them said before they sang along to the song.
    Olivia herself didn’t miss the episode.     Olivia’s single is a huge success as it peaked at No. 3 on on Apple Music’s chart and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Fans believed that “Drivers License” was about her ex-boyfriend and “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” co-star Joshua Bassett.
    Olivia previously revealed to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe that she got an approval from Taylor Swift for the song. “I wrote the bulk of the song literally crying in my living room, and I think that it definitely has that feel to it,” she shared. “I was driving around my neighborhood, actually listening to really sad songs and crying in the car, and I got home and I was like, ‘Maybe I’ll write a song about this, crying in the car.’ ”
    “So, I just sat down at my piano and plucked out some chords that I liked and it kind of happened that way,” the star went on saying. “But it was really, really natural and organic. [It was] very much me writing in the depth of my emotion.”
    “The pain is definitely real in that song,” Olivia further explained. “I definitely think I try to approach recording all of my music from a place of emotion. I think the emotional performances are the best, even if they’re not technically the best sound.”

    AceShowbiz – Filmmaker Brett Ratner’s planned Hollywood comeback has been condemned by activists at anti-sexual misconduct group Time’s Up.
    The “Rush Hour” director is preparing to return to work on a biopic about R&B duo Milli Vanilli, more than three years after a group of women, including actresses Olivia Munn and Natasha Henstridge, came forward with claims of sexual harassment and misconduct against Ratner.
    He denied all accusations of improper conduct, but lost a production deal with Warner Bros. studio bosses.
    Ratner has been laying relatively low ever since, but now he is hoping to move forward by developing the musical passion project via his own firm, RatPac Entertainment, in collaboration with officials at Millennium Media, reports Deadline.
    However, the news has been slammed by Tina Tchen, the president and CEO of the Time’s Up Foundation.

    “Our movement is a product of countless courageous acts by many survivors, including those who spoke out about what they endured at the hands of Brett Ratner.”

In an interview for “The Ben Shapiro Show”, the former stuntwoman discussed her exit as well as the #FireGianCarano hashtag that went viral before Disney decided to cut ties with her.
    “I’m not like you, I’ve never really been interested in politics,” Carano told conservative commentator Shapiro. “And then as soon as I started seeing things happening, I guess in 2020, I started looking up, ‘Well maybe the adults don’t have it under control? And maybe I’m an adult now, and maybe I have a responsibility to pay attention.’ ”
    In the interview, Carano was asked about fans calling out Disney for not firing co-star Pedro Pascal, who also made an offensive remark about Holocaust in a 2018 tweet. In the said tweet, the “Game of Thrones” alum compared undocumented children being confined in cages to Jews being locked away in concentration camps.
    Of the actor, Carano said, “I adore Pedro. I adore him. I know he’s said and done some hurtful things. I don’t think posting anybody’s number on social media is okay.” She referred to the actor sharing Senator Ted Cruz’s publicly listed office phone number on Twitter in early January. “But we had an agreement after we realized we were a little bit politically different. We had an agreement that, first and foremost, you’re a human being. And you’re my friend first,” she added.

    The actress also believed that both democrats and republicans were “trying to drag [them] apart.” She went on to say, “That’s what’s been really crazy. You see these people [on one side] being so passionate and you see people [on the opposing side] being so passionate. I just love that we’re both passionate. We think a little bit differently, I think, through our different experiences. I know that we both have misstepped on our tweets. We’re not perfect. We’re human beings. But he’s not a bad human being. He’s a sweet person.”
    Later in the sit-down, Carano accused Disney of “bullying” conservatives. “They’ve been all over me and they’ve been watching me like a hawk,” she claimed. “And I’m watching people on the same production and they can say everything they want, and that’s where I had a problem. I had a problem because I wasn’t going along with the narrative.”
    The former MMA fighter shared that she “was prepared at any point to be let go because I’ve seen this happen to so many people.” She added, “I’ve seen the looks on their faces. I’ve seen the bullying that takes place, and so when this started, they point their guns at you, and you know it’s only a matter of time. I’ve seen it happen to so many people, and I just thought to myself, ‘you’re coming for me, I know you are.’ They’re making it very obvious through their employees who were coming for me, and so I was like, ‘I’m going to go down swinging and I’m going to stay true to myself.’ ”
    Adding that she’s “not the only one that’s ever been bullied” by Disney, Carado said, “I know that so deeply. I could share a story which would turn things around in the media but I can’t because it would sell out a friend… Everyone is afraid of losing their job.”
