    AceShowbiz – New season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills may feature two new faces. According to reports, Caitlyn Jenner and her rumored girlfriend Sophia Hutchins are in talks to star in upcoming season 11 of the long-running Bravo reality show.
    TMZ reported on Sunday, September 27 that “Sophia recently sat down for dinner with former ‘RHOBH’ castmate Eileen Davidson.” A source also spilled to the news outlet, “They chatted about Eileen’s experience on the show and Sophia got enough good feedback that she decided ‘RHOBH’ was something she wanted to do.”
    It was also said that Sophia’s camp reached out to the production crew of the Bravo series with them talking about the possibility of her joining the show as one of the main cast members. As for her roommate Caitlyn, she allegedly would also make appearances.

    Caitlyn and Sophia are the latest celebrities to be reported to have been in talks for the show following Denise Richards and Teddi Mellencamp’s departure. Prior to this, Kathy Hilton was allegedly set to appear in the upcoming season of the Bravo reality series as a friend.
    “As of now, there has been talk about bringing in one new wife next season,” a source previously claimed. “She has not been cast yet, but the network is talking to people right now.”
    Caitlyn’s ex-wife Kris Jenner has also sparked chatters as some fans want her to join the reality show. Of the rumors, Kris said on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”, “I think I would do it just to go on once in a while to be with my friend Kyle Richards, but as far as me doing a show like that regularly, there’s just too much going on in my life.” She went on saying, “And they do not need a Kris Jenner on that show. They are doing just fine.”

    AceShowbiz – Actress Keira Knightley has no recollection of her “Star Wars” role.
    The actress was only 12 when she appeared as Sabe, Queen Amidala’s double in “Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace”, but during a chat with ComingSoon.net, she confessed she barely remembers the movie.
    “Your character survived, whereas Padme did not,” the interviewer told the star, but the news came as a surprise to Keira, who replied, “Wait a minute. Who did I play? Was I not Padme?”

    After being reminded she played Sabe, the 35-year-old said: “Do you know, I saw the film once. I think I was 12 when I did it and it came out and I saw it the year after. And I’ve never seen it again. So, I played Sabe and she didn’t die? Okay!”
    When asked if she has any thoughts on what may have happened to her character, she mused, “I hope she lived a long and happy life somewhere on a planet far, far away. I’m sure she did!”
    However, she has no plans to revive the role, quipping when asked if there have been any offers: “Reprising the character I can’t even remember the name of? No, there hasn’t.”
    Earlier this year, Keira shared that the filming for “The Phantom Menace” took a long time that she was sleeping while waiting for her turn. “I mean, I was 12. I literally don’t remember… I remember the headdress being so heavy, it gave me a headache. I really remember the headache from one of the headdresses,” she recalled. “And I remember being in the background for such a long time that I’d actually fallen asleep. I was just sitting in a chair, and I was in the background, but I couldn’t keep my eyes open. I really remember that. But apart from that, I don’t remember anything else about it.”

    AceShowbiz – Actor Aldis Hodge demanded Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson “stop playing” when the superstar personally called to break the news of his casting as Hawkman in his upcoming “Black Adam” blockbuster.
    “The Invisible Man” star has been tapped to play archaeologist Carter Hall and his superhero alter ego in the DC Comics movie, but Hodge refused to believe Johnson, who will take on the titular anti-hero, was really on the line when he first picked up the phone.
    The former wrestler recalled the funny conversation in an Instagram post on Friday, September 25 as he confirmed Hodge’s involvement in the project, and revealed that after introducing himself, he was greeted with the words: “Whoever this is stop playing on my phone.”
    After insisting it really was Johnson, Hodge again said, “This s**t ain’t funny, I said stop playing on my f**king phone (sic).”
    “Aldis, this is DJ,” he replied. “I just called to say thank you so much for sending in your audition – it was great and I really appreciate the efforts you made. Just wanted to say thanks and best of luck in all you do. And one more thing – welcome to ‘Black Adam’.”

    Describing the long pause on the other end of the line, he remembers hearing “inaudible yells” as Hodge returned to the phone and exclaimed, “DJAYYYY OHHHHH S**T (sic)!!!!!!”.
    “Im (sic) laughing my a** off by now,” Johnson shared, adding, “We went on to have an awesome conversation full of gratitude, love and motivation. Can’t wait to work with this very talented brother. The perfect HAWKMAN. Let’s get to work.”

    Jaume Collet-Serra, who recently worked with Johnson on Disney’s forthcoming “Jungle Cruise”, will direct the film, which is pegged to begin production in 2021.
    Noah Centineo will also star as Atom Smasher.
    The news of Hodge’s casting emerges weeks after Johnson claimed Ryan Reynolds would be donning the mechanical wings of Hawkman for his long-awaited movie – even though the “Deadpool” star denied any involvement in the project.

    The 37-year-old actor will appear alongside Miles Teller and Jurnee Smollett in the flick, which will be directed by Joseph Kosinski, according to Deadline.
    “Spiderhead”, based on a short story by George Saunders, “is set in the near future, when convicts are offered the chance to volunteer as medical subjects in hopes of shortening their sentences.”
    “The focus is on two prisoners who become the test patients for emotion-altering drugs that force the prisoners to grapple with their pasts in a facility run by a brilliant visionary who supervises the program,” reads a description for the feature.

    It’ll be Chris’ first movie for the streamer since his massive hit “Extraction”, which topped a new countdown of Netflix’s most successful films, after attracting 99 million viewers in its first month following its release in July (20).
    According to Australia’s The Sunday Telegraph newspaper, it’s the first in a four-movie deal between the star and Netflix, with the rumoured arrangement bringing filming Down Under.
    Chris Hemsworth will also reprise his role as Marvel superhero in the fourth movie, “Thor: Love and Thunder”. He is expected to bring the filming to his native country as well. Before the pandemic broke out, the feature film is scheduled to be released in 2022.
    Taika Waititi returns as a director, Christian Bale is rumored to be the baddie, Natalie Portman is back as Jane Foster, some characters of “Guardians of the Galaxy” will make appearance, and Tessa Thompson reprises her role as Valkyrie who is expected to be explicitly queer in the new installment.

    AceShowbiz – Actor Jeff Daniels made former FBI Director James Comey “nauseous” by nailing his portrayal in new TV mini-series “The Comey Rule”.
    The two-part political drama stars Daniels opposite Brendan Gleeson as U.S. President Donald Trump, and chronicles tensions between the pair during the real estate mogul-turned-politician’s first few months in the White House.
    Comey was fired by the controversial leader in 2017 after investigating possible ties between Trump’s presidential campaign and Russian authorities, and he subsequently wrote about the saga in his book, “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies and Leadership”, on which “The Comey Rule” is based.
    Daniels reveals he only met Comey after cameras had already started rolling on the show, as the lead actors reenacted a private meeting between the main characters in January, 2017 – when Trump appeared to demand the FBI chief’s loyalty and then reportedly threatened to have him removed from the high-profile job.
    The pivotal scene was played out so perfectly onscreen, Comey was left feeling physically ill.

    “He saw it and he was emotional…,” Daniels recalled on U.S. talk show “The View”.
    “Jim Comey was sitting off camera, that was the day I met him, two months into shooting, and he came round the corner and said, ‘Well, you brought it all back: the emotions, the uncomfortableness, the inappropriateness of what I was being confronted with, how I was gonna respond, (how) my mind was worrying. I feel a bit nauseous, to be honest’.”

    Joking about the comment, the “Dumb and Dumber” star added, “Usually when you tell an actor that their performance made you nauseous, it’s not a good thing, but in this case, it was!”.
    “The Comey Rule”, adapted and directed by Captain Phillips screenwriter Billy Ray, premieres in the U.S. on Sunday, September 27.

    “Nene! Can @BravoTV give you the spinoff you deserve? #LifeOfLeakes #RHOA #Bravo #WWHL,” one fan asked her on Twitter. To the question, NeNe responded, “They don’t think i deserve to work at all in any compactly.”
    Another fan later chimed in, writing, “@NeNeLeakes that’s Maliki it sound like they forced you out! Is that the story you want out there. ‘They didn’t want u to work in any capacity?’ ” NeNe confirmed, “They definitely did.”

    NeNe Leakes alleged that Bravo ‘forced’ her to exit ‘RHOA’.

    In a separate tweet, the 52-year-old reality star hinted that she will tell her side of the story. Tagging “RHOA” host and executive producer Andy Cohen, NeNe tweeted, “@Andy said he respected [Teddi Tellencamp] for telling the truth about her exit. Well i can’t wait to tell my truth. i hope i get just as much respect.”

    NeNe announced her departure from “RHOA” in a video on her YouTube channel on Thursday, September 17. “I have been on an extremely, extremely long, exhausting, tiring, emotional negotiation,” she shared. “There’s been a lot of emotion flying from both sides. It has been hard, and I have made the very hard and very difficult decision to not be a part of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ season 13. It wasn’t an easy decision for me. It was hard.”
    “I’m just so happy that I can say that I was a part of a genre that opened up doors for black ensemble reality shows,” NeNe, who is among the OG Housewives of the show that premiered in 2008, continued.
    Of her exit, a spokesperson for Bravo said, “We wish NeNe all the best in her future endeavours and thank her for sharing her journey for over a decade with the fans of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’. She’s been instrumental since the start and will truly be missed.”

    The filming of the upcoming fifth ‘Scream’ movie is still going ahead in Wilmington, North Carolina although several crew members have tested positive for coronavirus.

    AceShowbiz – Production on the latest instalment of the “Scream” horror franchise is still going ahead despite several crew members testing positive for Covid-19.
    According to Deadline, “Scream 5”, which has begun production in Wilmington, North Carolina, has seen three of its crew members recently test positive for coronavirus – but filming is still going ahead as planned.

    Production will resume on Monday (28Sep20) after the normal weekend break, as the infected set workers were not part of the primary “pod” that includes the principal cast and crew.

    The affected employees will undergo a quarantine period and further testing and rigorous contact tracing will also be carried out.
    The latest “Scream” film, which is being touted as a reboot, was recently pushed from a release date next year to 14 January, 2022. Neve Campbell is returning as Sidney Prescott, along with co-stars Courteney Cox and David Arquette.
    Directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, along with their Radio Silence producing partner Chad Villella, said of Neve’s much-fabled return, “We’re pinching ourselves!”
    “It’s hard to express how much the character Sidney Prescott shaped our love of movies and to have the chance to work with Neve is truly a dream come true.”
    Another original star Marley Shelton is also returning to the upcoming movie. Meanwhile, “13 Reasons Why” star Dylan Minnette, Mason Gooding, Kyle Gallner, Jack Quaid, Melissa Barrera, and Jenna Ortega are among the new additions to the cast members.
