    AceShowbiz – Courteney Cox is brushing up on her “Friends” trivia while isolating amid the coronavirus pandemic, as she “doesn’t remember even being on the show.”
    The actress appeared on the hit sitcom alongside Jennifer Aniston and Matthew Perry from 1994 to 2004, and is set to reunite with her co-stars for an HBO Max TV reunion special later this year.
    Speaking to Jimmy Kimmel for his “Quarantine Minilogue” series on YouTube, the star revealed that she’s decided to revisit the series because of how little she remembers and how often people want to talk to her about the programme.
    “I keep getting asked all these questions about ‘Friends’. But I don’t remember even being on the show. I have such a bad memory,” she confessed. “I remember, obviously, loving everybody there and having fun. I remember certain times in my life when I was there, but I don’t remember episodes. I would never pass, I’d fail every test.”
    The actress bought the entire series on Amazon Prime Video, and decided to rewatch the whole thing from the very beginning.
    “I decided during this time, since people love the show so much, I decided to binge-watch ‘Friends’,” she explained. “I just started season one. It’s really good!”
    Jimmy then challenges Courteney to a trivia quiz, pitting her against his young cousin, Anthony, who’s a self-proclaimed “Friends” fanatic. However, Anthony was unaware he’d be playing against the star of the show and, when he appears via video link, he’s thrilled to see his opponent.
    “This is the greatest moment of my life,” Anthony said while laughing in disbelief.
    Ultimately, Courteney was left blushing as Anthony beat her five points to zero in the game – which focused entirely on her character Monica.

    AceShowbiz – Patrick Swayze’s cancer battle dashed “Zombieland” filmmakers’ hopes of securing the actor for a cameo as a member of the undead for the 2009 horror comedy.
    Screenwriters Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese have decided to share a little background about the making of the Woody Harrelson movie in a series of Twitter posts to entertain fans in self-isolation during the coronavirus pandemic, and they began by revealing “Dirty Dancing” icon Swayze had been their original pick for a guest appearance, which eventually went to Bill Murray.
    “Since we’re all currently living in #zombieland, @rhettreese & I thought it’d be fun to take you behind the curtain, back to the early days,” Wernick wrote.

    Paul took fans back to the ealy days ‘behind the curtains.’
    “The role Bill Murray played started in the original draft as Patrick Swayze. Patrick tragically got sick and we never had the opp (opportunity) to offer him the part. But we did WRITE IT.”
    The duo also created alternative scenarios for other early dream cameos, including Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Kevin Bacon, Sylvester Stallone, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Matthew McConaughey, and Joe Pesci, revealing they were each ditched for various reasons, with “Footloose” star Bacon later claiming the script never even made it to his desk.
    “He (Bacon) reached out to us after the film (was) released, confessing (to) be a closet Zombie guy, that he loved the movie, said he had never even been sent the pages we wrote for him,” Wernick tweeted.
    “See, we were nobodies back then. Zombies weren’t cool. Walking Dead was just a comic book. Our best guess is we were getting flat no’s from agents based on the title page alone. Kevin subsequently treated @rhettreese & me to breakfast… Been looking to cast him in something ever since (sic).”

    Paul went on.
    Producer Gavin Polone then called on the pair to reach out to Mark Hamill – but the “Star Wars” icon rejected the cameo offer too: “Our fearless leader @gavinpolone called: ‘Fire up the @hamillhimself draft.’ We would not be deterred… So we used the force. And got a forceful f**k no (sic).”
    After receiving so much pushback, the writers almost gave up hope of landing a big name for the zombie surprise, until Murray’s name was suggested – and the rest is history.

    He continued to give a shoutout to Mark Hamill and Bill Murray.
    “#BillMurray hadn’t yet been mentioned, for we would have never in our wildest imagination thought we could get him,” Wernick explained.
    Murray later returned for the 2019 sequel, “Zombieland: Double Tap”, appearing once more in a brief flashback scene.

    AceShowbiz – Actor and TV favourite James Corden will host the inaugural star-studded Homfest from his garage as he fills in time after his U.S. late-night show was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
    “The Late Late Show with James Corden” host’s primetime special will feature interviews conducted digitally with illusionist David Blaine and Will Ferrell, and performances from BTS (Bangtan Boys) in South Korea, Andrea Bocelli in Italy, Dua Lipa in London, and Billie Eilish, FINNEAS and John Legend in Los Angeles.
    “Since ‘The Late Late Show’ came off the air, we have been thinking of different ways to try and make a show at this time,” Corden’s chat show executive producers Ben Winston and Rob Crabbe explain. “With the help of some wonderful guests, we are going to try to put on the best show we can, to entertain, raise awareness, raise money and hopefully lift spirits.”
    “Shooting from James’ garage may be far from perfect, but under the circumstances we hope it can help someone, somewhere, who needs some cheer right now.”

    Corden and his guests will shed light on safety precautions everyone can take during the global pandemic and direct viewers to websites where they can donate to the Center for Disease Control Foundation and Feed the Children.
    “Homefest: James Corden’s Late Late Show Special” will air on 30 March.

    AceShowbiz – Jenelle Evans is addressing her departure from “Teen Mom 2”, calling it “unfair” considering how MTV treats former co-star Amber Portwood. In an interview with HollywoodLife.com, the 28-year-old TV personality shares, “I have spoken with my old producers many times about this. They still claim I was not fired’ but ‘let go for a season.’ ”
    “As for the Amber situation they said, ‘well Amber didn’t leave a paper trail for what she did,’ whatever that means,” Jenelle, who was fired from the reality TV show after shooting scandal involving David Eason, went on to add. “I am guessing they are still holding me responsible for my husband’s actions, even though I did not do anything wrong.”
    “David wasn’t ever charged with any sort of crime, but Amber was and left a paper trail through Ring Cameras in her house that were released online,” Jenelle added, referencing the video of Amber and Andrew Glennon fighting that led to Amber being arrested for domestic battery. “Amber showed her sword to the public online and bragged that it says ‘Mother Goddess’ after the incident with Andrew occurred.”
    “Over the years MTV has filmed me on drugs, giving custody of my son to my mom, filmed while in dangerous situations and they never cared because they always got their ratings,” Jenelle went on adding. “I don’t understand what’s worse than my past that is currently happening now. My story just stopped and fans still want to follow my journey. I feel chewed up and spit out.”
    Concluding the interview, she shared that she’s moving on. “I can go on and on but I’m moving forward with my life and have other opportunities/projects I’m focusing on. My team is awesome now and wouldn’t trade them for the world,” she said.
    Prior to this, there were rumors of her returning to “Teen Mom 2”. Shutting down the speculations, she revealed in a YouTube video that there was no confirmation that she would get back on the show. However, Jenelle admitted that she’s been in talks with people in connection with something.
    “I have no idea about ‘Teen Mom’ and I have no idea about my own show, but I know I’ve been in talks with certain people here or there,” she told her fans.

    AceShowbiz – Woody Allen has insisted Timothee Chalamet was forced to denounce him after working on his movie, “A Rainy Day in New York”, to increase his chances of winning an Oscar for “Call Me by Your Name”.
    The veteran director’s controversial memoir, “Apropos of Nothing”, was quietly published on Monday (March 23) by Grand Central Publishing, a branch of Hachette Book Group.
    The publication has been overshadowed by renewed allegations of childhood sexual abuse against Allen by his daughter Dylan Farrow, which he addresses in the book, which he claims led to Chalamet, who worked with the filmmaker on the 2019 flick, denouncing him to improve his chances of awards show success.
    “All the three leads in ‘Rainy Day’ were excellent and a pleasure to work with,” Allen writes. “Timothee afterward publicly stated he regretted working with me and was giving the money to charity, but he swore to my sister he needed to do that as he was up for an Oscar for ‘Call Me by Your Name,’ and he and his agent felt he had a better chance of winning if he denounced me, so he did.”
    Chalamet announced that he would be donating the money he earned on Allen’s film to nonprofit Time’s Up, the LGBT Center in New York and RAINN, the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network.
    “I am learning that a good role isn’t the only criteria for accepting a job – that has become much clearer to me in the past few months, having witnessed the birth of a powerful movement intent on ending injustice, inequality and above all, silence,” said Chalamet at the time. “I don’t want to profit from my work on the film, and to that end, I am going to donate my entire salary.”
    Chalamet later lost out on the prize to Gary Oldman for his role as former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill in “Darkest Hour”.

    “The health and safety of the Broadway community, artists and fans is of the utmost importance to us,” representatives from the Broadway League, the American Theater Wing said in a statement. “We will announce new dates and additional information once Broadway opens again. We are looking forward to celebrating Broadway and our industry when it is safe to do so.”

    The Great White Way was forced into a shut down on March 12 and Tony-worthy shows like “Hangmen” and “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” have already been officially cancelled.
    The Olivier Awards and the Billboard Music Awards are among the major prizegivings that have been cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rumor mill on the Internet has been speculating about the Duchess of Sussex’s possible comeback to show business and the big action star is reportedly eager to recruit the “Suits” alum for one of his next movies.
    An alleged tipster quoted in various reports says, “If anyone can get Meghan back on a film set, it’s Tom. And what better way to get back on the big screen than starring opposite one of Hollywood’s biggest stars.” While details about the upcoming project are not available, the source says Tom wants to cast Meghan in “one of his next” films.
    The news, however, should be taken with a grain of salt since it’s not clear where the story originated from.
    Meghan’s last acting credit was a regular role on “Suits”, on which she starred as Rachel Zane since the first season in 2011 until her exit in 2018, prior to marrying Prince Harry in May of the same year. Earlier this year, reports surfaced that her husband Harry helped her score a new voiceover deal at Disney.
    The couple met the company CEO Bob Iger back in July 2019 at the London premiere of “The Lion King”. In a video taken from their encounter at the event, Harry can be heard promoting the former actress’ talents to Bob.
    In the clip which circulated online, the 35-year-old prince seemingly said, “You know she does voiceovers?” Bob responded, “Oh really?” Harry remarked, “Did you know that? You seem surprised.” He then gestured towards Meghan, who was deep in conversation with Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z, and added, “She’s really interested.” Bob appeared to welcome the idea as he replied, “Sure. We’d love to try.”

    “Lamar and Sabrina, nobody care’s about y’all’s relationship,” Wendy said of the couple’s upcoming show in parnertship with For Us By Us Network that is scheduled to air on Hot New Hip Hop in spring. “Sabrina is a life coach but she’s got a whole bunch of arrest pictures at the police precinct.”
    “And Lamar says he’s a sex addict and they say they don’t want to have sex until they get married. You know what, I feel dirty doing the story,” she continued putting the couple on a blast.

    Lamar announced his new show in a video which he posted on his Instagram account over the weekend. Sabrina shared in the clip that the new show would reveal their “true love,” before adding, “[It’s] about imperfect people but the point is we love each other and we fought really hard for this relationship and we’re still here.”
    “Come rock with us and watch us put all the speculations to rest. New Series coming Spring 2020 exclusively on @forusbyusnetwork @hotnewhiphop Executive Producers @lamarOdom @Getuptoparr @RobertoRushEvans @sashadelvalle,” Lamar captioned it.

    This is not the first time for Wendy to diss Lamar and Sabrina, who announced their surprise engagement in November 2019, much to Lamar’s 17-year-old son’s surprise. “By yesterday morning, Lamar Jr. went on the gram and apologized, saying that he was emotional and caught off guard also that he has nothing but love for his dad,” she said. “But here’s the thing, at the very least you’re supposed to make big announcements about your life to your family, behind the scenes. And then you go in front of the scenes and you talk about stuff. But, these are his two kids.”
    Since it appeared that Lamar didn’t tell any of his family members before making the announcement, Wendy felt that Lamar Jr. had all the right to feel upset. “I agree with Lamar Jr., and good for you young man to take it down, but you don’t have to. I understand what you’re saying,” she said. Later on, Wendy gushed over the “beautiful” ring that Lamar got for her now-fiancee Sabrina.
