    A new episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” was just as dramatic as before. In the April 10 episode of the Bravo reality series, the ladies were seen gathering at Kandi Burruss’ new restaurant tasting event when Marlo Hampton made a bombshell revelation regarding the infamous Strippergate.

    During the event, Marlo attempted to apologive for snapping at Porsha Williams the other day when they were at the event with Big Freedia. However, Porsha wasn’t interested to fix things with her on-and-off friend, and accused Marlo of lying about getting liposuction instead.

    According to Porsha and Shamea Morton, Marlo had the procedure just before the most recent cast trip to New Orleans, though she said otherwise. Following the argument, Marlo said to Kandi that she would spill some major tea if Porsha wasn’t careful.

    “You know how right now I could go below the belt and tell her don’t play it off. I know [you] heard [her having sex],” Marlo told Kandi, referring to the rumors that Porsha had sex with male stripper Bolo at Cynthia Bailey’s wild bachelorette party. Later, a video of Marlo and Kandi chatting in South Carolina played.

    The clip featured Marlo asking Kandi who she thought was hooking up with the stripper that night. In response to that, Kandi said, “Oh, I know who it was.” While Kandi didn’t reveal the name on camera, Marlo made it seem like Kandi named Porsha offscreen.

    “Kandi told me about the b***h over there f***ing Bolo all night, but I’m going to keep it sealed,” Marlo said in confessional. Meanwhile, Kandi asked Marlo not to involve her in the drama, to which Marlo replied, “I will [if I have to], so she better stop.”

    “Dancing with the Stars” professional dancer Keo Motsepe reflected on the celebrities who had been paired with him on the ABC show. During a game of “Dancing With the Stars: Secrets”, Keo was asked to name one of his leading ladies who was the worst partner for him.

    “I’ll say Chaka Khan,” the 31-year-old South African dancer told Us Weekly, referring to the 68-year-old star who competed on the show’s season 21. “I’m going to get a call from her! I remember asking her, ‘Why do we have to rehearse like at 11:00 P.M.? Like every night!’ And she goes, ‘That’s when I started working.’ ”

    The ex-boyfriend of Chrishell Stause went on to say, “That’s when she starts recording her music and I was like, ‘Oh, so you sleep during the day? So, your morning is, like, South African time, pretty much?’ And she goes, ‘Yes, honey!’ … So, I had to adjust my schedule, you know? ‘Cause I was like, ‘Wow.’ … It was just a challenging season.”

    During the game, Keo also spilled that Charlotte McKinney was his partner who hated practice the most. Of the model who appeared in season 20 of “Dancing with the Stars”, Keo said, “Charlotte McKinney did hate practice. Charlotte, I love you, but she didn’t love [practice]. I feel like so many celebrities come on the show, you know, they think, ‘Oh, great, just learn the dance and [perform] on Monday’s show.’ No, there’s so much that goes into the show.”

    “It’s a huge preparation, huge preparation. So, I think she came in and was like, ‘It’s gonna be easy.’ And I was like, ‘No, it’s not. It’s not, you’re going to be facing me every single day and I’m going to annoying you, obviously,’ ” he went on recounting.

    In addition to Chaka and Charlotte, Keo worked with Jodie Sweetin, Barbara Corcoran and Evanna Lynch on the long-running ABC dance competition series.

    That aside, Keo was just out of relationship with Chrishell as they split earlier this year after three months of dating. According to a source, “there were multiple things that led to the breakup. [He’s] super upset over this and still trying to process it.”

    A separate insider claimed that Keo and the “Selling Sunset” star “had a fun time together but in the end, decided it would be best if they part ways. They are still friendly and cordial. It wasn’t a messy breakup, just wasn’t the right fit or right timing.” Another insider, meanwhile, reaffirmed that it was “a mutual breakup.”

    Amazon’s “Them” has drawn backlash against producer Lena Waithe. Following the premiere of the new horror series, Waithe was accused of appealing to “hate crime fantasies” as the series featured some scenes depicting racist violence.

    In a piece published by Los Angeles Times, the review blasted the limited anthology series which is set in the 1950s, centering on a Black family who moves from North Carolina to an all-white Los Angeles neighborhood during the period known as The Great Migration. According to the piece, “the most shocking horror lies in the in its more realistic scenes of racist violence, which are arguably more disturbing than the vivid images in its recent predecessors.”

    On “Them”, a young black child was murdered while his mother was being sexually assaulted in its fifth episode. Not stopping there, two black people’s eyes were gouged with hot pokers.

    Following the Los Angeles Times’ article, people on Twitter reacted harshly towards Waithe, who executive-produced two episodes of the series. “Lena Waithe is unwell. Her art is telling me things I don’t like. Where did she grow up, go to school, hang out with? What inspires her art? These projects she’s putting out….eh,” one user tweeted. “Lena waithe is sick & twisted for this,” another person added.

    Someone else chimed in, “When I log on and see Lena Waithe trending because y’all are dragging her to the depths of hell, where she belongs.” Another tweet read, “To be clear this is peak Lena Waithe. She seems incapable of being attached to projects about Black people without reveling in Black pain–especially when she is in charge. Play on the name, use one of the same actresses but expressly torture Black bodies.”

    Comparing “Them” to “Get Out”, another person wrote, “everyone called Them a Jordan Peele knockoff, but it’s WORSE than that, because Jordan Peele makes horror and Lena Waithe makes trauma porn.” Echoing the sentiment, another user added, “Once again we have a piece of media that believes Black trauma porn is Black horror. This is why Peele is a top dog. He knows how to blend Black horror & social commentary effortlessly. Twice Lena Waithe has proven she has no business screenwriting Black stories.”

    “I am again asking how do we protect ourselves and our communities from Lena Waithe,” one person penned. Also criticizing “The Chi” creator, someone said, “white people are not the only people who desire (actively desire, consciously & unconsciously) to witness black suffering. dramatized and real. simulated & stimulating. lena waithe get therapy challenge.”

    Waithe has yet to comment on the backlash.

    Matthew Perry gave fans a sneak peek at his preparations for the highly-anticipated “Friends” reunion by sharing a photo of himself in the makeup chair onset – before deleting the image.

    The actor, who famously portrayed Chandler Bing on the hit sitcom, revealed filming was about to get underway on the TV special on Saturday, April 10 as he posted a behind-the-scenes shot on Instagram.

    The picture featured Perry sitting in front of a mirror with his mouth open, as a makeup artist appeared to be in the middle of applying powder to his face. “Seconds before eating a makeup brush, not to mention reuniting with my Friends,” he captioned the snap.

    More than 27,000 fans were quick to “like” the post, before Perry removed the photo from his account without any explanation.

    The unscripted special, during which Perry, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, and Matt LeBlanc will revisit their characters and plots from the show, is being filmed at the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank, California.

    They had originally planned the on-camera get-together to take place last year (2020), but filming on the HBO Max project was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

    In June 2020, Aniston and Kudrow talked about the special project over video chat for Variety’s “Actors on Actors” issue. At some point of their conversation, Kudrow mentioned, “We don’t know everything about it, we need to say. I think we’re meant to be surprised by some things as well.”

    In response, Aniston added, “We know it’s not scripted, that we know.” Her statement led to Kudrow saying, “Yeah, no. I will not be Phoebe.” The Rachel Green depicter then added, “I will not be Rachel, although I kind of am. Well, we’re all sort of little fragments of them. Not really. But yeah.”

    Sacha Baron Cohen was left stunned when Oscar winner Martin Scorsese asked him for directing advice on the set of “Hugo”.

    Baron Cohen asked the legendary director if he could shadow him on the set of the 2011 movie and was shocked when Scorsese consulted him on how to shoot a funny scene.

    Sacha, 49, went on to praise Scorsese and fellow directors Steven Spielberg and Tom Hooper for their lack of ego.

    He said, “Something that I’ve noticed with the greatest directors in the world is that there is no ego. The movie has the ego and they just wanna get the best movie. So, I remember being amazed, at one point, when Marty turned to me in front of the crew and said, ‘How do you think we shoot this joke?’ ”

    “I was like, ‘Me?! Well, I can tell you the cheesy version of shooting it.’ And he went, ‘Yeah, tell me.’ That’s the amazing thing about him or Spielberg or even Hooper. They want the best result and they don’t care where the idea comes from.”

    Channing Tatum is revisiting his stripper roots to launch a competition series in search of the real “Magic Mike”.

    The actor, who worked as an exotic dancer to make ends meet during his youth, turned his experiences into the 2012 movie “Magic Mike”, and followed it up with the 2015 sequel, “Magic Mike XXL”.

    He’s since expanded the franchise to include a steamy male revue in Las Vegas and London, and is currently having the original film adapted for a Broadway musical.

    Now Tatum has reteamed with director Steven Soderbergh to develop a reality show aimed at transforming a group of men into top strippers, with the best contestant crowned the Real Magic Mike. They will also score a cash prize and have the opportunity to perform with the cast of “Magic Mike Live” in Sin City.

    “The Real Magic Mike” has already been optioned by U.S. streaming service bosses at HBO Max, with plans to premiere the series later this year (2021).

Here We Go Again” actress sat down for a conversation with “Today” host Willie Geist when her baby boy, whom she gave birth in secret amid the coronavirus pandemic, suddenly made an appearance.

    The 35-year-old was joined by her young son towards the end of her Sunday, April 11 chat. She was not the only one excited over her little man’s present. The show’s host was also cooing over the infant. “Oh my God, what a cute guy. Come on,” he gushed after the actress’ baby boy popped in wearing a colorful baby romper.

    Before her baby boy’s surprise appearance, Amanda talked about how difficult it was for her to cope with being in the spotlight. The “You Should Have Left” actress told Willie that she still suffered from panic attacks due to her fame. “That’s what a panic attack is, really,” she pointed out.

    “Your body just goes into fight or flight. The endorphin rush and the dump that happens after the panic attack is so extraordinary,” she went on saying. “You just feel so relieved and your body is just kind of recovered in a way. It’s so bizarre because it’s physiological, but it starts in your head.”

    The actress, who received an Oscar nomination for her role in “Mank”, added that she wished people saw her as a normal being. “I do not have someone waking me up with breakfast in bed, and I’m not chauffeured around,” she explained.

    Amanda also shared that she has been living on a working farm in the Catskills of Upstate New York with her family. She made the “very conscious” decision because she wanted to have a life away from Hollywood. “I’ve always wanted to live on a farm. I just need to feel grounded somewhere that I can trust will always be there,” she said.

    Amanda welcomed her baby boy with her husband, “John Wick: Chapter 2” actor Thomas Sadoski, in September 2020. The married couple introduced their son for the first time on September 28, 2020 via Thomas’ Instagram post. The two are also parents to 4-year-old daughter Nina.

    “Godzilla vs. Kong” is unmoveable in its second week at North American box office. The Adam Wingard-directed epic monster movie stays atop the list with approximately $13.4 million, bringing its current total domestic gross to $69.5 million.

    As it’s expected to cross a $100 million marks domestically, a rare achievement for a movie in this pandemic era, the film has become the top-grossing pic of the pandemic era in North America. It passed Christopher Nolan’s “Tenet” total domestic gross of $57.9 million in 2020.

    Internationally, “Godzilla vs. Kong” has grossed $288.3 million for a current worldwide total of $357.8 million. According to Deadline, the movie is already set to make profit for Warner Bros., an estimated $96.4 million currently.

    “Godzilla vs. Kong” easily became a new hit upon its release in the United States on March 31. It set record for the biggest opening in the COVID-19 pandemic era with $32.2 million for the three-day weekend. The first week’s domestic sales were roughly double that of “Wonder Woman 1984” (also from WB), which previously held record for the best weekend opening in the pandemic era with $16.7 million.

    “We’re thrilled that ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ is bringing audiences back into theaters where they are open around the world, and also delivering for our HBO Max subscribers in their homes here in the U.S.,” Warner Bros. Pictures Group chairman Toby Emmerich said in a statement.

    Back to this week’s box office, Bob Odenkirk’s “Nobody” bounces back to No. 2 with an estimated addition of $2.6 million. It pushes last week’s new release “The Unholy”, which bags approximately $2.4 million, to the third place.

    “Raya and the Last Dragon” stays put in the fourth spot with approximately $2.1 million. Rounding up the top five this week is new release “Voyagers”, a sci-fi film written and directed by Neil Burger and starring Tye Sheridan along with Lily-Rose Depp. The movie opened to an estimated $1.35 million as it received mixed reviews from critics.
