The 43-year-old never fails to dazzle fans with her bikini snaps, but this time she suffered a rather painful blunder.Ashley is currently holidaying in Turkey, but it seems she got carried away soaking up the sun on the beach as she ended up getting burnt. She showed fans her scorched bum in a video and admitted she hadn’t learned from her previous sunburn blunders.The star looked sensational in the two-piece thong bikini, but her red skin was plain to see as she lifted up her thong to reveal the nasty sunburn. Things got so bad at one point that Ashley had to go hospital.She told The Times: “I remember being on stage in New York with the crowd singing back the lyrics and thinking, ‘Oh, this is really happening.’ It was a fast, extreme rocket ship.She joked it was “too hot to handle”(Image: Instagram)”There were no discussions around, ‘How is your mental health?’ It was a different era. Now, artists are coming forward to talk about their struggles and concerts are rejigged.”I remember once we were in three countries in one day. Eventually, my body just got to the point of shutdown. I was really, really sick. I remember saying [in the hospital], ‘I need to get on a flight to Germany. I’ve got a show to do. You gotta give me something.’ That was the mentality.”She continued: “I was having extreme headaches, being sick. They found viral arthritis in my knee. I couldn’t do anything really.”But that was my drive. And then when I finally got out of the Dolls [in 2010], I had eczema all over my legs, shingles across my face and a stomach ulcer. An acupuncturist told me then, ‘If you don’t scream, your body’s gonna scream for you.”She’s now found that breathing exercises have helped her understand her body. The singer added: “My foundation is stronger. I’m not saying I’m some kind of guru, or that I’ve got a certificate saying I’ve got everything figured out. If anything, it’s the opposite. Police charge 16-year-old girl and two boys aged 14 and 15 with 49-year-old Alexander Cashford’s murder20:44, 13 Aug 2025Police scrambled to Leysdown-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent, at around 7pm on Sunday.This is the man three children are accused of killing with a concrete slab just a mile from Danny Dyer’s new reality TV caravan park. A 16-year-old girl and two boys aged 14 and 15 have been charged with 49-year-old Alexander Cashford’s murder. He was found dead after suffering ‘multiple injuries’ following an ‘altercation’ in the seaside village of Leysdown-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent, at 7pm on Sunday.Police said Alexander was ‘assaulted’ after clashing with a ‘small group of people’. An air ambulance was scrambled but he was pronounced dead at the scene.The three teens, all from London, were arrested shortly afterwards and taken into custody. All three have been charged with murder by joint venture and are set to appear at Medway Magistrates Court. I thought why on earth have I lost all this weight? I looked worse than I did when I was obese. And it was the pain as well. Explaining the agony, she revealed: “When you are on this weight loss journey, food becomes the enemy and you have to go to the gym, you have to move.”But the movement was becoming a severe problem. It really hurt, it rubbed and it would get red, and it was hard to clean between the folds.”The documentary captured Lisa’s courageous decision to have surgery for excess skin removal, a procedure undertaken by countless people each year.Sharing her anxieties about the operation, Lisa disclosed how fear nearly prevented her from going ahead. “The night before the surgery, I was so petrified everybody thought I wasn’t going to go through with it. I was thinking that in 11 hours I could be dead. I might not wake up,” she admitted.The star then confessed: “Could I have lived with the loose skin for the rest of my life? Yes, but I wouldn’t have been happy.”Interestingly, while often considered a cosmetic procedure, Lisa felt that her skin removal was actually something very different.”I don’t feel like I have had cosmetic surgery, I have corrected what I had done to myself,” explained the Emmerdale actress. Nobody made me eat 50 Twix bars, or a whole packet of sausages at one sitting. I did that to myself. No one made me not go to the gym. Some weeks I was probably having seven takeaways a week. I did that to myself. I have to take responsibility for that.”In total, Lisa endured four intense surgical procedures, including a fleur de lis tummy tuck, surgery to remove loose skin from her thighs, a breast lift and ‘bingo wings’ reduction. As a result, it took the actress about seven months to fully recover, enduring significant pain along the way.Now, after this challenging journey, Lisa confessed she couldn’t be happier with her appearance as she reflected: “I had never been able to wear sexy underwear, before it was all just functional, mumsy bras and big knickers.
