AceShowbiz – Actor and chat show host James Corden has unveiled a special “Carpool Karaoke” segment featuring BTS (Bangtan Boys) to thank the group’s fans for their support of the Black Lives Matter movement.
“The Late Late Show with James Corden” host has been impressed with what the supporters of the K-pop band have been writing and planning on social media as protests following the death of George Floyd continue throughout the U.S. and around the world.
“It’s clear to me that the only troops we should be sending in right now are the BTS ARMY,” Corden said during a virtual episode from his garage on Monday night (June 08) before dedicating a portion of the show to the band’s supporters.
The host then unveiled footage from BTS’ appearance on his “Carpool Karaoke” segment – of the boy band singing the “Baby Shark” theme – which he had never aired before.
