    Bella Thorne Denies Dissing Ex-Girlfriend Tana Mongeau in New Song

    The former Disney actress has set the record straight on the online chatters suggesting she took a dig at her former girlfriend in her newly-released single.

    AceShowbiz – Actress/singer Bella Thorne has shot down speculation suggesting her latest song is a dig at her ex-girlfriend Tana Mongeau.
    The “Shake It Up” star split from YouTube personality Mongeau in early 2019 after less than two years together, but the old relationship hit headlines on social media recently following the release of Bella’s track “Stupid F**king B**ch”.
    She also cast a blonde who looked strikingly similar to her ex to co-star in the accompanying music video, as Bella sings lines like, “You wanted me for clout, and I should’ve thrown you out/But I never resist the way you bite your lower lip.”
    She and Mongeau even traded barbs online after the promo dropped in December (20), indicating the track was all about their doomed romance, but pansexual Bella insists that isn’t the case.

    “It’s not (about Mongeau),” she told the New York Post’s Page Six. “The song is about people in your friend groups.”
    She continued, “Everyone kind of goes through this, where a new person comes in and you’re all, like, ‘Yeah, f**k yeah, I love this guy, he’s got great energy…’ and then that person slowly takes over your whole group, gets in there and things start to happen.”
    “You realise, maybe they’re not just friends with you because they’re being friends with you, maybe it’s these ulterior motives.”
    Bella goes on to insist “Stupid F**king B**ch” isn’t about any one particular person. “I just thought the hook is super catchy with ‘stupid f**king b**ch,’ so therefore it sounds like it’s about a female but it’s not really just about a female, it’s about this perspective of people that everyone can really relate to,” she said, before admitting writing about female relationships is “so intriguing.”
    “Whether you’re writing about dating them or f**king them or talking to them or just in general having a conversation with another woman, it’s so interesting,” Bella shared.

      AceShowbiz – Bella Thorne has turned her hand to screenwriting, and has already penned the first two episodes of what she has tipped to be a “very dark” TV show.
      The 22-year-old actress has enjoyed huge success since first bursting onto the scene in Disney Channel series “Shake It Up”, and can currently be seen in new Netflix movie “The Babysitter: Killer Queen”.
      And Bella also has big plans for her future – which include writing as well as acting.
      Revealing during an interview with Entertainment Tonight that she’s already penned the first two episodes and plotted “season arcs and what not”, Bella explained that the show is “based in the industry” – but refused to reveal the title as “the title itself really gives the whole thing away”.

      Instead, she teased that the programme is “very dark”, and added: “There’s a lot of young characters and parents, and we deal with the relationship between those,” she shares. “And all these characters really connect and intertwine throughout the whole series. Each episode, you kind of get a whole piece of that and it shocks you and then that kinda leads you into the next.”
      Her new TV show is one part of her big 10-year plan, which also includes “marriage, happiness, taking a break from thinking so hard, hopefully while running my empire”.
      “Hopefully in 10 years I can kind of take a good breather, feel accomplished and feel good about myself,” she smiled.

      AceShowbiz – Filmmaker Sean Baker denied that he is working with Bella Thorne on a movie about her time on OnlyFans.
      The former Disney star made history on the adult subscription service last week (ends21Aug20) by becoming the first account holder to bank $1 million (£760,000) in her first 24 hours.
      She has since doubled her earnings, and told Paper Magazine that she was working with Sean on a film about the website, saying the pair share “the same vision of the movie being a conversation starter for many important topics.”
      However, speaking to the Los Angeles Times, “The Florida Project” director has insisted, “I would like to make it clear that the news of me making a film (documentary or fiction narrative) about OnlyFans and using Bella Thorne as research is false.”
      “I’m NOT attached to this project. I’m actually in development on two features that I’ve put years of research and love in to and neither of these films have anything to do with Ms. Thorne or OnlyFans,” he stated.
      “Earlier this month I had a conversation with Ms. Thorne and discussed a possible collaboration in the far future that would focus on her life and the circumstances leading to her joining OnlyFans,” Sean added.
      Sean’s statement came after Bella received backlash for her use of OnlyFans, after fans blamed her for the website instating new policies that will negatively affect content creators by placing limits on their potential earnings – an issue he said he discussed with her.
      “On that call, I advised her team to consult with sex workers and address the way she went about this as to NOT hurt the sex work industry. This has been the extent of my involvement.”

      Her huge success has since prompted Thorne, 22, to make a film about her lucrative new endeavour.
      “It’s a feature we are researching as I’m living it currently,” she told the Los Angeles Times. “What are the ins and outs? What does a platform like this do to its users? What’s the connective material between your life and your life inside the world of OnlyFans…? How can it change your life for the worse and the better? How far are you willing to go, and how far do you WANT to go?”
      She has teamed up with “The Florida Project” director Sean Baker for the movie, which is in the early stages of development.
