When the father-of-three unveiled the boozer he revealed that two people had already been banned from the establishment, reports the Express.Clarkson put up a blacklist inside the pub, with prime minister Keir Starmer and his ex-Top Gear mate James May topping the no-entry chart. Chatting with Cathy Newman on Times Radio, Clarkson said: “He’s banned. Actually, he’s the first person to be banned.
