Sky Daily has revealed she is considering medical malpractice lawsuit after a botched neck surgery ‘compromised’ her husband’s phrenic nerve, which could have contributed to his death09:41, 29 Aug 2025The widow of former wrestler Hulk Hogan is ‘considering’ taking legal action after claiming a botched neck surgery compromised his phrenic nerve and led to breathing difficulties in the months leading up his death in July.Sky Daily told the Daily Mail: “We are investigating for possible malpractice. If you have shortness of breath for a long time, that makes you very sick. It’s not something that’s an alarming cause of death. The 59-year-old’s brother Lee was kicked in the face by a dog walker after the dogs started barking at each other. He was rushed to hospital after the brutal attack.It’s reported that Paul quickly hopped in his helicopter at his Kent home to fly the 250 miles to be at Lee’s hospital bedside in Merseyside. As the man walked away he was approached from behind and punched to the floor by the male. He was then kicked in the face and back before the male made off.”The man suffered injuries to his back and face and was taken to hospital for treatment.
